Oltre alle due camere da letto al piano superiore, c'è una piccola casetta indipendente con un divano / letto futon doppio. Griglia a carbone. I proprietari chiedono agli ospiti che godranno tranquillamente la proprietà piuttosto che celebrazioni o feste. NOTA: C'è un appartamento sulla proprietà che è un affitto a lungo termine, ha un ingresso separato e l'inquilino non usa alcuna parte del cortile o della casa principale. Cani ammessi. Affittuari che portano animali domestici: supplemento per gli animali domestici per ogni animale domestico: $ 25 / notte a un massimo di $ 150 a settimana per soggiorni più lunghi, $ 50 di spese di pulizia extra, deposito di sicurezza $ 500. Artsy warm home

This family home is filled with the owner's art and quirky deco. We had fun exploring the house and enjoyed the location - quick walk to the beach and a short bike ride to town. (One thing that would have made it even better: screens on the windows so that we could enjoy the fresh ocean breeze sans mosquitoes).

The Essential 2 Jose Patio Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start by saying that this was a troubled stay. On our second day, electricians were in and out of the house all day; they were good lads, but it was intrusive and the power was out for a time. That work knocked out the hot tub and the tv's streaming services. Later in the week, we had more workers (hot tub maintenence + hot tub repairman). In all honesty, it was a bummer at not having those amenities, and having frequent disruptions. The saving grace was Fritz, who himself came and fixed the tv. But we love the property, and would welcome a discounted night if we return again.

Love the large kitchen and the table is great for sharing meals and playing games. Kitchen nicely stocked, but could use more wine glasses. Yard is very secure for dogs. Bocce ball court is a fun addition. A few of the windows wouldn't open.

The only issue when we arrived was that the hot tub was not working, but we called the number in the book and they got it up and running the next day.

Had a great time. Highly recommend. Great kitchen and appliances for cooking.

Would prefer the pot belly stove clean and heard mixed reviews on the hot tub so did not use it.

Only negative the need for a plumber in the house for several hours due to a clogged sink that was obviously a problem when we first arrived the day before and apparently an issue in the past as well. But aside from that this is a lovely, art-filled house with a baby grand piano and only a few steps from the beach. Will be back again.

We were unsure how to use the wood stove so maybe that could have directions. But in summer it would be perfect.
