Bella casa di cedro situata sul fianco di una montagna sempreverde coperta. La vista dalla casa e dal ponte è imbattibile. Vista libera e privata su Pikes Peak e sulle montagne circostanti! Non vorrai uscire di casa. Soprattutto quando un arcobaleno si inarca davanti a te dopo una rara pioggia.

Tutti i comfort necessari per una vera vacanza in questa casa immacolata, ben arredata, di 2500 piedi quadrati. La casa è situata su due ettari alberati. Ambiente privato e tranquillo con ogni attività che si può desiderare a pochi passi o fino a 30 minuti di auto. Tre camere da letto e bagni completi, con un'ulteriore grande tana e vasca da bagno che potrebbe ospitare diversi. Bambino amichevole.
Vietato fumare di qualsiasi tipo in casa.

This house was prefect for my family of 5 for 4 days. Beautiful house and views. Karen was a great host, very accommodating, responded quickly. House being a few miles of the main road was nice and quiet. Close to red rocks amphitheater and great hiking trails. Would stay here again

A breathtaking and tranquil view that cannot be beat. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and make dinner. The house had all of the amenities listed and more. Plenty of local stores for all shopping needs and great restaurants (we really enjoyed Los 3 Garcias). We hope to return someday to this comfortable home with an incredible view.

Everything was perfect! Mornings and evenings were most enjoyable with views and being entertained with hummingbirds. The family room was our favorite as well as the comfortable bed. Coming from a huge metro city in Houston with all its noise and people, our first morning at the rental was almost "spooky" outside on deck because of the lack of noises....what a great feeling to sit outdoors and hear only silence. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to recapture the experience again.

Loved staying here while in town for our youngest son’s wedding! The house was perfect for 3 generations of our growing family to enjoy time together when not going to wedding activities. The toys in the basement were perfect to entertain our 4 year old granddaughter and we all loved the amazing views of Pikes Peak from the large deck! The beautiful hummingbirds were a big hit with everyone and our granddaughter was obsessed!! Big bonus was the telescope in the basement closet; there was a lunar eclipse one night and we were able to view it after watching some YouTube videos to figure out the telescope. A couple of notes; Driveway is long and very narrow and the turnaround area isn’t fully accessible (had brush and cleared trees in most of it), so navigating with the large van we rented was a challenge. Otherwise, the parking at the top is ample!The third bedroom is very small with no closet and the queen Murphy bed is very comfortable but has a weird space between the headboard and wall. (We lost our pillows the first night!) The third full bathroom is in the basement away from the bedrooms. Not a problem for us, but worth noting in case future guests are not all related! Overall a wonderful stay and many happy family memories were made!!

View and location awesome

We booked this stay to be in the area for a concert at Red Rocks. Very comfortable and easy to get to and you can’t be unhappy with the views and opportunity to see wildlife.

A lovely stay. Very well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the wildlife - hummingbirds and a variety of other birds, squirrels, and a doe and her fawns. Karen was very responsive to any questions and requests. We hate to leave!

Our home was (almost) as advertised, we enjoyed the stay greatly, and will likely revisit the same property in the future for other travels back to the area. The views are beautiful, and the host was excellent in communicating about the reservation.The kitchen is spacious; the home is an excellent choice if you're traveling with a group of no more than 6. I would recommend bringing foil, napkins, and/or paper towels. The bedrooms were comfortable, but very warm- even with the attic fan on. I wish the VBRO profile indicated clearly that there is NO a/c. It lists having heat. It does not clearly indicate NO a/c. They did provide 2 fans (plus attic fan), but this proved to be insufficient so we went to town an purchased 2 box fans so that each room could have fans. I loved the porch and deck; perfect for everything outside. I loved the ambiance. Overall, I would definitely recommend the home for your consideration and the hosts were helpful; there's a notebook describing the area, rules, and recommendations for hikes and other activities. A for the location. B for kitchen prep. B for bed/linens comfort. C- for fans )The home is beautiful and clean and a great choice for group travels.

This beautiful mountain home was built by our father. He unfortunately passed away, and left it to his children. We use it as a family gathering place to reconnect. Renting our home on VRBO permits others to use this magical place, and allows us to keep it in the family.
