This was such a fantastic place to stay near the north beach at Bear Lake. The hosts are fantastic and the place is very nice and clean.

The house is well taken care of. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. All of our family members commented on how nice the house was. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The yard was also well taken care of.

The home was better than stated. It fit our entire family perfectly. Zell made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. The 1st day the A/C went out. Zell had someone there the next day. They had everything you would ever need for your stay!

Very great home. Lots of room and great internet. Very clear instructions both pre check in and the check out process. Location is awesome if you are going to north beach. So close. If you want Garden city congestion then this is not for you. However we were still able to get shakes in garden city and still make it back to St Charles with ice cream still good. We had about 22 people total and felt comfortable. Parking was awesome with plenty of room and a beautiful lawn to play in. We would stay here again for sure.

The house is beautiful and has TONS of parking which is very convenient. Super great location if you’re going to North Beach. My main complaint is that the listing says it can sleep 27 people. We had 23 people (7 adults and 16 kids), and there was not enough beds. Two adults had to find another place to stay at the last minute. And this was after we brought our own cot and used sleeping pads provided by the property for the kids.There are really only beds for maybe 19 people, and couches mats for others. Nowhere near 27.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the whole house felt welcoming. There was plenty of useful cooking supplies in the kitchen and lots of bed mats which were great for the kids. We had a family reunion here and it was wonderful. They even had a Christmas tree set up in the living room. Beautiful property and a great stay. Would highly recommend.
