We loved staying in this villa. Our grandsons loved the turtles beside us and it was an easy walk to the pool and beach. There was a tram we took one day which was wonderful! We will definitely return to Edgewater!

Great stay

Perfect location if you are looking for a quiet, safe place to stay. The condo was like home, the pool was fun and beach was close and easy access. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond to my questions.

It was a beautiful place! The beach and pool were amazing!! The food was awesome too!! We also did a boat tour to shell island.. which was fun! Top Golf also was a blast!

Didn’t have hot water for 3 days before getting fixed. Bottom floor was super noisy from guest above us. Bathrooms were not handicapped accessible; no bars to hold onto getting in and out of extra large tub. Both bathrooms were very small. Perfect location to pool and Event Center. Host was very good about staying in contact with us to make up for water issues. Probably would not rent this bottle unit again.

We were truly sorry that our shower valve broke as you arrived. That was our of our control and I did everything possible to get if fixed as soon as they were able too working with our maintenance company. We do not advertise that we have handicap accessible showers, but that is a good thing for us to look into. I apologize for the noise above. I would of been happy to call if I had of known when you were there.

Perfect week stay!

The condo was amazing and exactly as described! The location was perfect! In the middle of all the activities of PCB, and very easy to swim in either the Gulf or any of the pools on property!

A week on the beach

We had a great time on the beach and enjoyed local restaurants in the area. Went deep sea fishing and had a great time, also went to the ship wreak water park and putt-putt golf. We liked the resort, but everything there costs more then we expected to pay, The shuttle was nice if you could find one, we found it easier to drive our car to the big hotel on the other side of street.

Great place for a wonderful vacation!

This condo was beautiful and perfect! We would stay again in a heartbeat. There were many pools and the beach was within a short distance. There was a shuttle available as well. Oceans restaurant was reasonable and served some wonderful seafood dishes. There was so many choices of things to do within the resort. There were numerous things to do(dolphin cruise, Gulf World etc..) that were within a few minutes drive from the resort.

Cutting palm trees

A company was cutting palm trees down and I was coming from the pool and saw one had fell on my car and it was all scratched up and I was told by the company that it didn’t look like a palm tree scratch. No one ever reached out to me about my complaint.

We did communicate about this and it I was informed by you that you contacted the company of the palm trees. I was not informed that anything additional was needed on my our end. I said to let me know of anything else was needed for guidance. I shouldn’t have assumed it was taken care of.

great place but bad experience

We were told we did not have to check-in upon arrival, and therefore did not set aside a lot of time for that process. All we were instructed to do was pick up a parking pass. However, the instructions were unclear, and we ended up waiting in a very long line unnecessarily so. Then, when we made it to the property, both the security guard at the gate and a worker onsite provided faulty directions to our condo. We wasted about an hour of our time on all of this hassle. Maybe that doesn't seem like much, but when you have been in the car for several hours traveling, and you are ready to start your vacation, and are under the impression that it will be a breeze to get there...it was extremely frustrating and really ruined the whole vacation mood. The property was truly great, but the rental experience leaves a lot to be desired, especially when you are paying so much money and don't even get clear instructions in return!

We visited for a national dance conference. The location of the unit was perfect. It is very close to the convention center. It is just a quick walk to the beach and pools. The unit was spacious and clean. We enjoyed staying there. We highly recommend!
