Perfect place to stay, just like home but add the huge pool and the beach all sooo close!

We had a wonderful time at Edgewater. The complex truly has everything you need, once you get checked in there is no reason to leave! The owner was great. Check in and check out was very smooth, went right to room. Unit is on the 2nd floor so we never had to use an elevator. The oceans grill on the property had amazing food. There are no parking garages to deal with. The condo had plenty of beach chairs and toys there for you to use. We cannot wait to go back!

Loved the two queen beds in one room! Front view of beach and loud (at night) pool and activities! Easy access to everything…thanks for the chairs and wagon! All appliances worked great and beds were comfy. Go eat at Dat’ Cajun Place and Hunt’s Oyster Bar. Have Walmart deliver to avoid crowds. Go to Pineapple Willy’s (or anywhere) by 4:30. Thanks for a great family trip!

The pots and pans in cabinet were a mess, every time you took something out everything else fell out. We had to keep emptying the humidifier because it was full of water, then I slipped and fell and sprained my ankle and had to go to the emergency room.

Thanks for your review. I apologize the pots and pans were a mess , and the humidifier needed emptying often due to a very humid month. I sent my maintenance man to check out the HVAC it was working and cooling. I wasn’t aware of anything else. I will address your concerns.

Enjoyable Experience

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, within walking distance of many attractions. The host provided important communication prior to our visit. The condo was clean, and the hosts provided some nice amenities, such as beach toys and chairs.

Family Beach Trip

I have been coming to PCB for over 40 years and this has to be my favorite place to stay. The view from the balcony and bedroom were amazing! We all loved the pool area. The beds were all comfortable but my favorite piece of furniture was the reading/lounge chair in the master bedroom. Hopefully we will definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as described for our family of 6. It was clean. The beds were all comfortable even the sofa bed. It was nice to be by the big pool and the beach. My kids loved all the beach accessories. The owner was super nice and communicated well.

Girls Trip♡

Great girls trip with my sister, daughters and granddaughter. Edgewater Resort with Oceans Bar and Grill on-site was perfect with great food and drinks. Loved our condo, Jeannie was so accommodating, especially with providing the chairs and umbrella on the beach. We definitely want to come back!

Second timer.

Last year was our first stay here but when I decided to go back I went straight here. Condo is nice and clean, has very comfortable beds, plenty of room in the bedrooms, you are right above the pool. The pool is gorgeous. The property is clean, elevators are pretty quick AND it’s right on the ocean.

There was nothing we did not like definitely everything was wonderful the communication was great definitely return customer. We enjoyed the Big lagoon pool and the waterfalls my grandkids love the hot tubs and the beach our hostess was very informative and was on call anytime we had a question and gave us a lot of amenities beach toys and chairs beach towels it was great we didn't have to worry about that we had forgot something at home.

Great location. Nice condo the furniture is little out dated & needs a little tlc but over all a very nice condo. Great location & wonderful people to rent from. Always very responsive for your on everything. We just love it. We always stay in this condo for the last 5 years

Everything was so convenient for us. Loved staying at the condo. Location was ideal. My only recommendations are upgrading the living room furniture. Bathrooms bathtubs were getting stopped up when taking a shower which is a minor renovation. But, otherwise all was good. Definitely want to come back.

Perfect location!

Edgewater properties are always amazing. This second floor unit is just as wonderful. Everything is very clean, and there are plenty of nice quality towels in both bathrooms. Both bedrooms have TVs and extra blankets, etc. Our party of eight had plenty of room. I started each morning on the balcony with a cup of coffee looking over the lagoon pool and ocean. Jeannie is the owner, and is very responsive. She always does her part to make our stay stress free. This was our third time staying in this particular unit. Looking forward to next time!

The property was nice. Loved the pool and overall everything was great. We had an issue with the room not being cleaned when we arrived. The owner quickly contacted the cleaners: they came out right away but it was still inconvenient especially when you’re ready to relax after driving nearly 12 hours. She did say she’d make it up and send a gift card which I never received. But overall our stay was nice even with that mishap.
