Vai COASTAL! Front Row Ocean View! Big Beach House! Coastal Virginia al suo meglio! Questa bella, grande casa sulla spiaggia si trova proprio sulla duna e Chesapeake Bay! Con 3 camere da letto (1 letto king size, 5 queen, 4 bagni, due tavoli da pranzo con 12 posti a sedere più bar e cucina completamente attrezzata, questa è una famiglia perfetta che si riunisce! I portici, ponti e balcone si affacciano sulla baia. Camino - è disponibile (per i nostri ospiti invernali) La casa dispone di un layout aperto con abbondanza di spazio per la famiglia insieme - e un sacco di spazio per allontanarsi a leggere un libro. Broadband WiFi, molte sedie a sdraio e tavolini! ....... Godetevi la spiaggia. Questa spiaggia è lunga quasi 9 miglia - Vetri marini, conchiglie, pesci, ci sono tutti i tipi di tesori da trovare!

Avere il caffè del mattino a guardare i delfini nuotare al largo della costa! Raccogliere vetro Mare (abbiamo un'abbondanza) pesce proprio al largo della costa o andare al molo di pesca. Cattura i granchi e cuocerli per la cena. Questo è solo un posto incredibile. Quando si desidera tutte le follie della zona turistica di Virginia Beach - si può ottenere - è proprio in fondo alla strada - circa 20 minuti! Quindi! Si può tornare alla bellezza e la sanità mentale di Willoughby Spit! Un ottimo posto dal 1667! 'Google' Willoughby Spit!

We took a multi generation family trip. The house had plenty room for the entire family. The flow of ships coming and going was very interesting.

Memorial Day weekend

The house was spacious and beautiful! The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to my questions. Beds were comfy and towels were soft. We needed to get a few baking pans from the store to make our meals, but there were ample pots and pans, utensils. The beach was nice and clean. We had a great weekend and we hope to stay here again next Memorial Day!

Awesome stay

House was Amazing! Short walk over dune to the beach. There were 10 of us and this house was perfect due to 4 full baths. We would definitely stay again. We had a a couple questions and Greg instantly reached out. Excellent customer service!

Awesome House

Our group had an amazing time! House was awesome! Large kitchen was great for everyone to hangout and provided enough room for the chefs in the family! Game room on the first floor provided great entertainment for the kids! Beach was so clean, close and very quiet! Highly recommend this property!

One of the best days ever

My husband and I rented the place for my daughter's engagement and we could not have found a greater place for the price. The kids r enjoyed the game room and the adults enjoyed the scenery. It was kinda hard to get our guest to leave because the house gave you a sense of relaxation. We would definitely use Cindy again. She was easy tho contact and there if needed.

Family reunion

Location of property was as describer, it had plenty of room. House was adequately clean except for some carpeting . Since we rented early in season there were a few things that need to be checked and repaired. These have been pointed out and many I hope have been addressed. Outdoor furniture needs to be updated and if u use the kayaks u need your own life jackets . Nice access to beach, and watching naval ships and container ship go by was a lot of fun.

Beautiful trip to the beach

We had a wonderful week at the beach with our family. The house was better than descibed. We woke up each morning to sit on one of the balconies and enjoy our coffee while watching the ships come in or out. It was great seeing all of the helicopters fly over and very convenient to get anywhere we wanted to go. Lots of space for all of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again. When we got there the ac on the top 2 floors wasn't working right but they had window units in to keep it cool until they fixed it on Monday. Everything you could need in the kitchen amd the game room was a lot of fun.

Some TLC needed

Amanda, the property manager, was very helpful and responded very quickly. There was plenty of seating on the middle floor for a family to gather. The view of the bay was awesome. The house was not very clean, however. There was mold on the ceiling of 1 of the bathrooms, the carpet was very dirty, there were empty beer cans left in the nightstand, the grill was filthy and there were maggots in the garbage can. The cleaning crew and the maintenance crew can definitely step up their game. There were other areas of the house that needed attention. The decks need staining and the entire home needs a coat of paint.

This is the House for You

This is the perfect house if you don’t mind traffic noise 24 hours a day—I64 is one block away. It’s also perfect if you’re looking for a house that’s decorated in thrift store bargain finds. Or if you don’t mind walls that need painting. Or a master bedroom that has no covering of any kind on the French doors to the deck. Or locks on the French doors that didn’t work but that had sliding locks that none of us could get open without tools. Or a tree up against the house that bangs relentlessly on a bedroom during heavy winds. Or vinyl blinds that work or don’t work and are missing some slats. Or mattresses that are a century old. Or carpeting and rugs that are absolutely filthy. If these are to your liking, then this is the house for you at $5700/week.

First Vrbo experience

Nice home. I would return if ever in the area again. I did look at reviews prior to booking my stay. I would have to agree with some other reviewers that the house could benefit from a deeper cleaning. The dust level was pretty thick on the blinds, window seals, and under the bed in the downstair’s two-bed bedroom along with thick cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. There were some ants in that bedroom and attached bathroom. Dirt and leaf debris tracking inside the house from the front porch would be eliminated with a good sweeping of the front porch. It’ll improve the curb appeal as well. Some of the chairs, both inside and outside, need tightening and/or replacing. My (adult) nephew fell out of the kitchen counter chair when the leg broke as he attempted to get out the chair. I’m hoping this doesn’t impact my refundable deposit as I have not received it yet. Some of the outside furniture is rusted and the chair backs don’t stay in place. Overall, despite the above mentioned, it is a lovely house, great location, nice beach front, nice rec-room, plenty of space, numerous decks, etc. The communication with the property was prompt.

Family stay.

Perfect location for the family to gather on the beach. Close to my sons wedding venue. The house gave us a nice room to spread out. The grandkids loved being on the beach every day.

Excellent location close to the beach!

Very easy process for check-in and check-out. Very clean property. Easy communication with host. Description was very precise except one important fact. There are only 5 bedrooms not 6 as announced.

Nice big house but view of beach is not the best.

This is a very nice big house. However, replacing some of the patio furniture/and or cushions is highly recommended. Also the coffee pot was broken and I had to buy one. The gas grill was so dirty, we could not use it. When I contacted my contact person, she said someone would come the next day to take care of it. No one showed. If you like a private beach this is a perfect location although the house is a little further from the beach than it looks in the photos and the beach view is not that great. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great house for family group of 12, ages 11-74.

Layout is great, kids loved the game room and private study where they did crafts and puzzles. Great beach, warm water, no waves and sandy bottom. Only complaint is the traffic noise from I 64 and upholstery and carpets needed to be steam cleaned.

Overall great location, spacious, great access to beach, great views from porches. Biggest complaint was the kitchen - Fridge/freezer froze up and wouldn't dispense water or ice (it was fixed), but the refrigerator just barely keep things cold. The kitchen faucet was loose when we arrived on Saturday and would dispense either cold or hot water - just lukewarm. They repaired on Monday, but is still loose and needs replacing. The gas cooktop has a burner which constantly has the starter clicking - you cannot make it stop. Known problem (they left us a note). Seems would be better to fix it vs leaving a note. Pots, pans griddle all in sad shape as well as knives. So the kitchen was a big negative, but rest was good.

All that we expected

It was a wonderful vacation. The location was great, the accommodations were great, the weather was so so. Nonetheless we spent a lot of time on the basically unpopulated beach. The house is spacious and allows for privacy or commraderi as desired. Loved the showers and the decks. IF you book this property, bring extra trash bags, bar soap, dishwasher soap, and beach towels..

Great location and lots of room. Very clean.

Good: Lots of room for everyone to spread out, even a separate living room one person used for Zoom work. Large game room. Lovely view of the water. Very, very clean. The beach is about a 150 yard walk across grassy sand dune. It is too narrow for a wagon I'd say, but really a quick walk. The water was very calm, almost no waves. We really enjoyed walking for long distances along the beach and in the water. The air conditioning was top notch, very important as it was 100' while we were there. I can see it would also be lovely in the off season. Nice grassy areas for walking our dogs. Not so great: The ice maker was not working when we arrived and wasn't able to be fixed while we were there. One of the mattresses was in terrible shape and was replaced within a day, but the replacement wasn't much better. Old and saggy. Some of the bedroom windows did not have coverings , so we had to put dark sheets over the windows to make it dark enough to sleep.

Great location. Needs TLC

This house has a great location, good bay views and nice decor. However, most of the mattresses were in bad shape. The owner agreed to replace 2 of the worst mattresses (with very cheap replacements), which made it possible for our family to remain at the house. (The management company had offered a different house to us). We purchased a memory foam topper for one of the new mattresses. The house needs deep cleaning. Baseboards, walls, doors, trim were dirty/dusty. General cleaning is obviously completed, but not detail cleaning. We were told not to use the shower in the bathroom listed as a tub/shower combo as there is no shower curtain. The owner apparently feels that the 3 other showers in the house should be enough. There are two bedrooms on the first level with a small full bath and rec room; kitchen, full bath, dining and living area on the second. Third level has the other 3 bedrooms (includes the master suite), full bath (but don't use the shower), and large laundry room. The dryer vent cover on the outside of the house was missing so birds frequently made their way into that dryer vent tubing. Perhaps that's why that dryer has a very long drying time. The stove had issues the whole week as well. The management company had someone come in to take a look at it on the day before we were leaving. I also bought two new skillets for the kitchen because the two provided had major issues with warping and nonstick coating flaking off. The outside perimeter of the house needs some TLC as well. There was garbage, old boards, etc. We were disappointed with the overall condition of the house. We expected better with the higher price point. We enjoyed the week simply because we were together as a family.
