Condominio splendidamente rinnovato con una camera da letto e un bagno situato a Hollywood Beach. Ambiente orientato alla famiglia. L'unità vanta una vista intercoastal.
Dispone di parcheggio, bellissima hall, sala teatro, sala yoga e palestra.
Unità ha due letti matrimoniali, divano letto, TV, internet, via cavo e TV anche in camera da letto. La cucina include frigorifero, piano cottura, microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e lavastoviglie. Forniti anche pentole, padelle e posate. Tavolo da pranzo con sei posti a sedere, perfetto per una serata in famiglia.

Beautiful place to stay

Everything was there that we needed! We all was so grateful that we got to stay here. We hope to be able to stay here again. It’s close to everything.... the pool is absolutely wonderful and we could walk right out to beach!!

Remodeled, nicely furnished

Newly remodeled, nicely furnished 14th floor condo with view of intercoastal waterway. Nice pool area next to beach. Accessible and responsive owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent apartment with amazing town view

Check-in process was quick and simple - the property manager met us in the lobby and walked to the unit. The unit has all necessary furniture. The kitchen's appliances are in good shape. Kitchen has all necessary for cooking and serving meals. There is a great town view from the balcony.

Great family vacation

We stayed at this condo 11 nights with our 15 month old toddler and wish we would have stayed longer! Location is ideal, right on the beach. Close by you will find walmart, publix, walgreens, Win Dixie, Starbucks .... The unit seems to have been recently renovated, it is well decorated, the view of the canal is really nice. There is a mini market \ café on the main floor which is very convenient. You can grab hot or cold drinks, meals such as pasta, paninis, pizza, empanadas, salads, burger and fries..... The grounds are well kept and there is always staff making sure everything is ok. Parking is never an issue. It is possible to by a parking pass which will be cheaper than valet parking at 5$ a day. (depending on the length of your stay). Enjoy !

Good option for conferences

The suite was largely as described. Good option for attending conferences at the Diplomat, but security seemed a little lax on the property and in the suite. Could use some updating and deep cleaning, but largely what we expected. Be aware the roadway is quite noisy and the bed and pillows are firmer, so not ideal for everyone. Note the additional costs not included in the booking. The owner was quick with communication and very helpful, but it was harder to deal with the onsite managers.

Beautiful condo, accommodating owners

This condo has just been entirely up-dated and has a nice view of the intercostal and city. The two queen beds were very comfortable and it is a spacious one bedroom condo. It is very clean and modern. The valet parking, 24hour concierge and little convenience store/restaurant in the lobby, as well as nearby shopping plazas, restaurants, Ventura mall and Westin Diplomat are all close. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. Very large, well heated and kid-friendly pool surrounded by a large, well used deck area on the beach and ocean. We thought it was nicer than the pictures showed and the listing is accurate. We are happy first-time users of VRBO and plan to return to this condo. Many thanks for a great holiday to the owners.

Clean place, good location

We have stayed in the Tides for years. This appartment was very nice. Clean, well kept and the communication with Enza was very comfortable. The way she took care of anything we needed and the check-in/check-out were everything you want on your vacaton.. no fuss. The Tides is a great place, however under a new board of directors, things have changed dramatically. Really behind on maintenance. f.e. the elevatorpermit expired well over a year ago. To make sure the elevators don't break down,you are only allowed 5 people at one time... Despite this, they are out of order every other day. (you are on floor 14!) Just one example... Everybody who lives or rents there, is eager to explain everything that is going wrong under new management. The general atmosfere around the pool and in the buildings is one of irritation and dislike of what is going on. You don't need this on vacation. Off course rules are rules... you are not in a hotel. They however, have completly gone overboard. Guards wearing fake policebadges (yes really!), are enforcing the rules in an very unpleasant manner. Handing out notes and fines and making us feel paralized in our ways. (I assure you we are a well-mannered family with properly raised kids, so we were not personally troubled bij this, but it was unpleasent) We ended up not using the pool at all, because we were only allowed to sit in it quietly and that is no fun with 2 kids. Also we were lifted form our bed one morning because we had two beachtowels hanging over the patio-chairs to dry.. apperantly this was not allowed. Worst thing was having to wear a paper wristband the whole time we were there. Like at an all inclusive. This is why we go to a condo and not a hotel. We hate that. We would like to state that of course none of that is at all Enza's doing and she is probably as upset with new management as everyone else. But we do think she should have told us about wearing the wristbands before we had paid the full amount and could not cancel anymore... In short: 1. The appartment was a good value for money 2. Enza did everything to make sure our stay was pleasant 3. The Tides location is perfect, but eveything else sucks . If you check other review-websites, you can see the Tides has dropped from a 5-star rating to a 1-star rating over the past year. People are not happy here. European renters should also realize that the internet in the building is slow (1/10th of what we have back home)

Excellent attention from both the owner and the administrator of the apartment. Everything you need to enjoy a family vacation... Everything was perfect and the location is very good too... the only thing I can criticize is that the beach was dirty but it's nothing to do with the apartment itself or the owner of it ... it is something the complex or the city has to check or fix ...

Hollywood, Florida Vacation Rental

Overall, the experience was good. The unit had a few issues but they repaired some the next day. Everyone was fairly friendly and the unit came with everything we needed like dishes, lawn chairs, towels. Two things though... the pullout was extremely uncomfortable but the beds were fine and you have to take an uber or lyft to most sightseeing and any touristy things like the boardwalk, dania beach pier or farmers market. Vanessa was friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Condo & Perfect Location

The condo was very cleanly and spacious. Registration was easy and everyone working in the building was super nice and helpful. The price for the location was worth it!

Great beachfront location

Vanessa the property manager was great at showing us the property and around the apartment- she even let us check in a couple of hours early! This apartment is perfect for a beach trip it takes just minutes to go down the elevator to the beach. Not too many restaurants or shops to walk to but you cannot beat this beach access. Apartment has all you would need including chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

El departamento es muy acogedor y está totalmente equipado. Tiene incluso toallas, reposeras y sombrillas para la playa. La ubicación es excelente. Los dueños son muy amables y cualquier problema que pudiera haber lo solucionan inmediatamente. Es súper súper recomendable.
