Great Family Stay!

Perfect stay for the family. The house is close walking distance to the beach and the pool provides a nice alternative. I like the location, as it is close enough to the restaurants and shops for easy access, yet the beach is in an area much less crowded & noisy. Good value.

Great house - poorly stocked

The house was great! The location amazing - loved the beach - nice walk to downtown - but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The only problem was that it was very poorly stocked: one toilet paper in bathroom; no dish soap; no laundry detergent: one trash bag; etc… and the beach chairs need upgrading. Would rent again - but now know to come prepared.

Great property/ great neighborhood

Wonderful house that met all our needs! 3 minute walk to the beach, lovely neighborhood and plenty of parking for our cars in the driveway. Looking forward to another stay.

We had a fabulous time with our kids and the grand parents. Everything inside the house was brand new. Everyone loved the outdoor pool especially in the afternoons. The beach is an easy walk even for young and old people. Would definitely stay there again.

Family travel for memorial service

The property was large enough to accommodate our family. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The property served our purpose.

Plenty of room. Excellent supply of items to make our trip a “breeze”. Great location. Nice neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and downtown shops & restaurants.

Great house and area

We really enjoyed staying near the beach and the quiet end of Clearwater Beach. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool as well. We appreciated having someone come by to take out the trash bins on trash day!

Perfect location and accommodations

This property is a great place for a family large or small. The location and proximity to the beach and downtown area is excellent. Cook wear needs updating. Yet the leases need also KNOW HOW TO USE IT. Our stay was perfect.

Pool and Steps to the Beach

Very spacious house so close to the beach, excellent for our family gathering! We enjoyed the pool, the pool deck could use some refreshing. Plenty of beds and bathrooms but walls a bit thin between 2 front bedrooms! Overall great place.

Totally Worth It

The is a great place to stay. Communicating with the property manager is a bit awkward, but other than that is great and absolutely worth it.

We loved this rental!

Very close to North Beach which is much more private than Clearwater Beach which is just a short walk down the beach. The house was perfect. Large enough for our group to spread out and plenty of sleeping space. There wasn't anything I didn't love about this property and would happily stay here again.

Decent home, GREAT location

The home was clean, if a little dated. Pool area was perfect for our two small children. The walk to the beach was easy and short, and the section of the beach off either of the accesses we used was quiet and wonderful for a family with children.

Great Place - Close to the Beach

Overall great experience. Great home with everything you need. Only a quick 5 min walk to the beach. Bars and restraunts are also within walking distance. Ride shares are available for anything beyond walking.
