Great Oceanside Escape

Property manager was quick with responses and accommodating. About a 5 min drive to the beach! We had 4 adults and 5 kids…everyone had a blast.

Excellent for families

Beautiful home with lots of space for families. Home was clean and in order and very close to Legoland and Camp Pendleton. Gary was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property close to Legoland

We celebrated my sons 6th bday at Legoland with our family and the property was very close to everything. It was comfortable, nicely decorated and spacious. Cute backyard and kitchen is fully stocked. Please be mindful to bring seasoning items if cooking (including salt and pepper). We’d stay at the property again next time we visit the area. Thanks for hosting us Gary.

Tropical Retreat

Gary's house was amazing. It is perfect for adults or families. The house was spotless and has tremendous amenities. It is located in a great neighborhood in South Oceanside, just blocks from Carlsbad Village and the beach. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great house at a great value. Gary was a fantastic host who is available 24/7 and always got back to me within minutes.

Holiday in Oceanside

The house is an excellent place to stay in Oceanside. It is near the ocean as well as shopping. The kitchen is well equipped with a large dining table. The three bedrooms are .large and each has access to its own bathroom. They also have access to individual TVs. The fenced yard has a separate outdoor table and is also great for your pet. The bamboos provide shade and privacy for the yard and the house.

Shines Bright Like a Diamond

What an amazing find. I’m in awe of how well presented this property was because from the first sight it gave more than I could’ve hoped for. Upon entering the property, it was super fresh and amazingly clean. I’m not even exaggerating. It was also cozy for our whole family. Neighborhood was really quiet and everything was in working order and newly remodeled with beautiful decor. All the supplies we needed were already there. My only recommendation would be to have a full length body mirror, and because my family stays cold all the time, it would’ve been nice to have more control over the thermostat. Gary was amazing and responded instantly to my question about the heat and fixed it instantly too. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem! 10/10 in my books and I’m picky!

Comfortable Home for Families

Great property and close to the beach. Big bathrooms and nice bedrooms, all but one has a tv. Large comfy living area and large dining area inside as well as outside. Also large private patio, nicely furnished. Quiet neighborhood and responsive owner. Washer and dryer as well which was needed nightly. Close to everything you need. There is little on the down side….the master bed was hard and most pillows hard. There were no blankets or throws and no extra sheets. (I usually cover the living room sofa with a sheet while there). There were no hand towels in the kitchen or bathroom. But overall, we had a wonderful time and were so glad to be at this home!

This was our second time staying at this property, and it won’t be our last! We love it here, the beds are super comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious, and the layout is perfect for families. We traveled with two families (including three kids), and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and play.The backyard is ideal for outdoor fun, and we loved being able to all sit together at the large dining table for meals. Having two washers and dryers was a huge bonus for keeping up with laundry during our stay.The location is also super convenient, Walmart and Whole Foods both deliver, and Dutch Bros and Black Rock are just minutes away. It’s also a quick, easy drive to the beach.The owner is incredibly friendly and responsive, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend this home for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay!

Amazing host and house

The host was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.There were a few pans that werent clean and the trailer parking in the pictures didint exist, but that wasnt a huge deal as the property had multiple pans and a large enough driveway. Quiet neighborhood and close to resturants and beach. If we are ever back in the area I will be booking again!

Family Stay-cation

This is a great place to stay with a large family. The location is perfect. Not too far from restaurants and downtown area.Gary is an amazing host. He's ready to help with any questions you may have. Definitely staying here again.
