Great property for relaxing in Gatlinburg

Beautiful property, kitchen fully stocked, plenty of comfortable seats for family of 9, with easy river access located in downtown Gatlinburg. Owner was very responsive. Great stay!

This was our second time to stay at the property and it was very clean and ready on arrival. My 13 year old son brought his fishing gear but the majority of our stay, there were 2-3 adults fishing daily off our back porch which was a little disappointing. Overall good stay but you def have no privacy on your back porch, hot tub, or creek on the property. We did enjoy our stay but may consider looking around for somewhere a little more private in the future.

Thank you for returning to A River's Edge. We love to host return guests! I am sorry for the fishermen on the River behind the property. Although our property is private, we can't control the River. I always hope that locals who decide to fish there will allow our guests some privacy. I do hope that you enjoyed your stay.

The pictures don’t do this house justice. It is absolutely adorable and the owner was amazing to work with. It’s such a close walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Lots of fun things to do all around. I would highly recommend staying at this place. There were eight of us and we fit comfortably with plenty of room.

Very nice cabin!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was perfect and close to town. We enjoyed being by the river. The owner is very nice and helpful.

It was.a great property, thank you!

The house is great, all of the needed kitchen utensils and supplies where available. The property is centrally located to downtown gatlingburg and an easy drive to pigeon forge avoiding most of the traffic.

Great stay!

This property was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! The home is well-appointed and perfectly located on a quiet street that is walking distance to Gatlinburg and east drive to PF. My kids LOVED playing in the stream out back. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing home!

I can't say enough about the location and overall experience we had at this property. Plenty of room and comfy beds. We enjoyed being so close to town, but still had the quiet, private stay. Very clean. We hope to return.

Could not have ask for more!!

We loved the cabin!!! It was very clean and had all we needed to make our stay the perfect vacation. The little river running behind it made for relaxing and peaceful early morning coffee!! We also had a visit from one of the resident bears!!! AWESOME!

Third year in a row close to town.

This is the third year we have rented this property. We love being able to walk to town without have to pay to park. Plenty of room and bathrooms. Would rent it again.

House was perfect for our family and walking distance to Gatlinburg. The view of the creek was won.

There was plenty for everyone to do. (We had 3 generations together.). We also had time to go swimming at the owner association pool.

We loved Rivers Edge!

What a lovely spacious cabin. We were all taken aback by the beautiful decor! The cabin was very spacious and exceptionally clean. My family loved being on the little Pigeon River. So many memories were made this week, thank you Rivers Edge!

Best location for a smokey mountain vacation

Surprisingly felt very secluded considering we were actually just a short walk to the commercial district of Gatlinburg. Best location we have ever booked, so close to everything. The location is only a five minute drive to the entrance of the smokey mountain national park, two miles from a grocery store and an easy drive to pigeon forge. House was clean and spacious. The whole family raved about the location.

Awesome property!

This place was perfect for our family of 10! We have stayed at a lot of VRBO cabins and this is one of the cleanest! The owner was very easy to get in touch with and was quick to take care of any problems. The river was so relaxing and we enjoyed the back porch. The home was beautifully decorated. You can not go wrong with this rental!

Outstanding location and the proximity to the river and downtown were perfect. The owner was very responsive and helpful with general questions. Sitting on our deck we watched an eagle land on a rock 20 yards from us. Very cool! Overall great place and we’d stay here again.

I love that you guys got to see the Eagle that has a nest very close to the house. He makes a trip a couple of times during the day through the Valley and above the River. Just perfect

Had everything my family needed for a week of exploring Gatlinburg and the Smokies. Great home base. Made some meals and also took whole family walking into town for dinner a couple of times. Also great trout fishing out back which we had for dinner one night. Will most certainly be back.
