Beautiful views, cozy and comfortable

We stayed for the lacrosse tournament and the location was perfect! Plenty of room and great dining area for everyone to eat together. Watching the sunset from the large balcony was spectacular!

Vail Chill Weekend

Loved the house, great location in West Vail. Nice walking trail to Lionshead along the creek and quick drive to Beaver Creek. Great deck area to cookout and relax. Really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home in a very convenient location

Beautiful home, big enough so everyone in our group had a place, and small enough to feel warm and cozy. And you can't beat the location. 5 minutes from everything. We enjoyed our stay and will try to book it again for our future travels.

Vail Cabin Thanksgiving - One for the memories!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this charming cabin, transformed into a true winter wonderland by a big storm that blanketed the mountains just before the holiday. The fireplace became the heart of our stay, creating the perfect cozy ambiance for enjoying family, delicious food, and festive drinks.

Great Vail Home!

This was our second time staying in this home, and it was just as great as the first. It’s a perfect setup for sharing with family—the master bedroom is upstairs, and our kids had the basement to themselves. The location is ideal, especially with Donovan Park just a short walk away—our dog’s favorite place! The house is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

We love this property! It’s cozy and perfect for a ski vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and everything is very comfortable. Garage is a plus too! The neighbors are friendly as well!

Would recommend!

I really liked this place- the house was as advertised and was very clean. It had all the necessities. I love that my dog was able to stay with me. I’d recommend this place to anyone traveling to Vail and would definitely stay here again if I ever return!

Great Log Cabin in West Vail

Our party enjoyed staying at this house in West Vail. We came up for the 4th of July festivities and enjoyed how close the property was to town. While we didn't use the bus, the bus stop is a quick walk down the hill. The kitchen is amazingly well-outfitted, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. We'd stay here again, if the opportunity arises.

Spacious home with great outdoor spaces

We enjoyed our summer stay here, plenty of room to spread out, both indoors and outdoors with 3 fantastic decks and 3 bedrooms. Full kitchen and grill with patio dining set was great. Close to Gore Creek Trail. Beds were comfy and house was well stocked with essentials.

Excellent West Vail home

Exactly as advertised. The Sierra Trail house was a perfect place for our work-from-home-in-Vail extended visit. Convenient to everything needed in West Vail & an easy run to Lionshead or Cascade for skiing. Looking forward to another stay here next year already!

I’ve stayed here three times so I really like the home’s layout and location near Vail Village and local amenities like grocery stores, restaurants and even a dog park. I would say, after my first warm weather stay, that the lack of A/C, no windows that can be opened in the primary bedroom, and no fans makes it a tough stay in the summer. I would recommend the owner replace the chandelier in the primary bedroom with a ceiling fan and maybe also fix the windows in the bathroom/shower so they could be opened. If those things happened I’d be more open to another warm weather stay. Otherwise I think I’d only consider staying in the winter going forward.

Quiet location in nice house

Easy check in, very clean house with all that is needed for the stay, including excess towels and wood for fireplace. Interior very well though out, making it a home away of home. Quiet location at end of cul-de-sac. Garage a bit narrow.
