Condominio 4BR / 3BA a Vail, Colorado - Recentemente rinnovato nell'autunno 2013

Benvenuti a casa in questo spazioso condominio con tre camere da letto di 1600 piedi quadrati (più un soppalco), situato in Timber Falls Condominiums. Siediti sul ponte posteriore e ammira la White River National Forest, rilassati davanti al camino dopo una giornata di attività, siediti nella vasca idromassaggio o naviga in Internet. Nell'autunno del 2013 abbiamo completamente rinnovato il condominio con una nuova cucina, nuovi bagni e un nuovo tappeto.

Questo confortevole condominio per le vacanze a conduzione familiare non fa parte di una piscina in affitto e viene utilizzato principalmente come nostra seconda casa (affittata solo poche settimane all'anno). Ti occupi direttamente dei proprietari, non di un'agenzia di noleggio. Inoltre, la cucina è già fornita in modo da non dover andare al negozio per condimenti che rimarranno per lo più inutilizzati.

Completamente arredato per ospitare comodamente fino a otto persone. La sistemazione per la notte include due letti queen size molto confortevoli nella camera da letto principale e degli ospiti (entrambe le camere sono 11 piedi per 13 piedi), un letto a castello con un letto matrimoniale nella parte inferiore e un letto singolo nella terza camera da letto (una grande sala per bambini), e un letto matrimoniale nel soppalco (10 piedi per 13 piedi 6 pollici).

La zona giorno è confortevole e aperta con un camino in legno, ampio soggiorno, un bellissimo tavolo da pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata.

Abbiamo anche una vasca idromassaggio per sette persone nell'edificio. È appena giù per le scale ed è un ottimo modo per rilassarsi dopo una dura giornata a Vail. Solo le nove unità nell'edificio hanno accesso alla vasca.

Sci alpino e nordico, pattinaggio su ghiaccio, trekking, mountain bike, golf, pesca con la mosca e tennis sono tutti nelle vicinanze, così come il rinnovato Gerald Ford Amphitheatre / Vilar Pavillion. Una volta arrivati non è necessario guidare. Lascia l'auto nel parcheggio e usa il Vail Shuttle GRATUITO con una fermata dell'autobus a 100 metri dal condominio. Sei solo tre miglia e mezzo o otto minuti dal cuore di Vail Village.

Nice week at Vail

Having a 4 BR at Timber Falls was great. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. The walk to the bus is very short and being the first stop in the morning you always get a seat. Look forward to staying here next year.

Vail Family Weekend

Fantastic weekend though extremely cold outside. Unfortunately the fireplace was not available but the condo was spacious and comfortable. Owner provided hangers, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, trash bags, condiments and items to cook with. Very nice. It is frustrating when you have to buy these for a short stay. Rooms warmed up nicely. Convenient bus to town. Great condo. Responsive host. We will rent this place on our next trip

Family get away

Very nice property with lots of room. Kitchen was well appointed. A few more window coverings would help keep the heat out in the afternoon. Views are amazing and it is very quiet being on the third floor. We love Timber falls.

Great East Vail lodging and location

Jeff's place was great for our group of six people. Our family of four had three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. Another couple had a bedroom and their own bath room on the second level. The place has nice views from the lining room and deck, and amenities, like ski boot dryers. The location is the first stop on the East Vail shuttle bus so you will always have a seat on your short trip to Vail. We kept our skis in the car so as not to carry them up the steps to the unit. Plus it is only a level, five minute walk to a nice restaurant and bar at the Racquet Club. Communication with Jeff was timely and easy, and he allowed us to check out a few hours later on a great ski day when the place was to be unoccupied that night. Great host. We hope to return.

Winter Wedding Toasts

My four adult siblings and I booked this East Vail condo for the wedding of our niece. The location was easy, as we could walk out of the parking lot and catch the bus to Vail Village. The condo was well stocked - even with an iron and ironing board for the big day. It was the perfect spot for lots of laughter, reminiscing and tall tales of our youth. Thank you to Jeff and the other owners!

E Vail Condominium

Condo is in E Vail, and just a few steps from the free shuttle to Vail Village. Very convenient to skiing, Plenty of space in the condo, and it is well provisioned. Owner was very accessible when I had questions. I would suggest a little de-cluttering of the property. Some furnishings are worn. It is a rental so you never know how things will be treated. This was a good value for the month we were in Vail

Nice condo for a ski trip.

The place was surprisingly spacious having a good size living room open to the galley kitchen. Having the third bath was a big plus, even for a group of 4 guys on a ski trip. The kitchen was well supplied with spices and condiments! The biggest disappointment was discovering the hot tub was not working! After long days on the slopes, it was sorely missed. With a working hot tub, this place had all the essential amenities for a good ski condo!

Great stay

Great place for a small group trip. We had for guys together for a ski trip and this place really met our needs. It was clean, comfy, and everyone had their own space. Would definitely stay again for a future trip

The townhouse was generally as expected except we didn't realize it would be on the 3rd floor. Maybe I overlooked this in the listing. A couple items for the owner to check into, a) the heating system for the living room was inadequate, b) the outdoor grill did not work well and c) the upper bunk bed needs better support under the mattress (very lumpy). Otherwise there were ample cooking utensils, paper supplies and other household necessities. The hot tub was more than adequate and accessible. One last suggestion is to provide renters with a more detailed map as the various buildings in this development were not labeled prominently making it hard to find at night.

Great location

This was a great place to stay. It was a bit of a struggle to locate the building after dark, so a basic map of the complex would have helped tremendously. Other than that, it was fantastic! And great access to the free in town bus service.

Easy access to bus, nice property

The condo is nicer in person than the photos! Super easy access to bus into Vail village. Jeff was easy to get a hold of and great at communicating. The beds were not the most comfortable but we made the most of it.

Perfect ski house!

We had a great time staying here for our ski trip! The location is perfect since it’s right next to the East Vail bus loop. It’s on the third floor of a condo building so you have nice vaulted ceilings, but a lot of steps to walk up. The bed and bath situation was perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook nice homemade meals. We did have to let the property owner know about the dirty hot tub, but it was addressed after the issue was known. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location.

The property was in a great location for us. We skied a couple of different mountains. There is a little grocery store down the street to pick up some basics. Plenty of sleeping for our family of 5. Plus a couple of guest. Close to the bus stop to Vail.

Awesome Place!

This place was perfect for our group skiing in Vail! It is right next to the bus stop and the house is awesome. Plenty of beds/bathrooms for a large party with very nice ammenities. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy Condo

The condo was perfect distance from a lot of towns and very well maintained. We had plenty of beds for a couple of 7 and I still think 2-4 more people could fit in the condo comfortably. We had all the necessities we need along with a fully equipped kitchen. The fireplace was perfect, the view was perfect, and the location was perfect. My only con was the hot tub, which wasn't that easy to get to being on the 3rd floor. Other than that I would defintely recommend.

Fit all our needs fantastically

Great location b/c the bus line was so close. IMPRESSIVELY well stocked w/ all you should ever need. Great size and sleeping options for our large group. We had a wonderful time.

The condo is owned by four owners (three family members and a friend). We all live in Denver and have loved skiing at Vail our whole lives. We love getting up to Vail as much as possible but two of the owners have small children so the trips are limited. We love our place every time we visit.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Vail has always been our favorite place. Nothing beats the back bowls. We love Timber Falls because of the views from the condo and the fact that is it far enough from the highway that you don't hear the traffic noise that is common in East Vail.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Easy access to hiking, one of the first stops on the Vail Valley free bus route so we always get a seat and we always get on the bus (even during the busy weekends). The Hot Tub, the view off of the back porch.
