We were in town for a family wedding. Chris’s beautiful quiet home was a great landing place for us to catch up with each other and get a good night sleep. Now we wish we’d lingered after the festivities to take in the many activities Santa Cruz has to offer and take advantage of all the gear Chris has to offer his beach-going guests. Lovely backyard space for conversation and meals.

Great spot for family stay in Santa Cruz

Great location very close to the water and between Natural Bridges SP and downtown SC. The house is very clean, comfortable, and spacious - a perfect home base for exploring the Santa Cruz area!

Amazing family trip

We stayed here with our adult kids and had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfortable and the location was convenient to the water/ activities. We loved walking the neighborhood and biking.

The house was awesome! So clean when we arrived, amazing location just blocks from the ocean, and great amenities like driveway parking, nice grill and patio furniture, and bikes for the whole family! The house has high ceilings throughout that was not obvious from the pics and made all rooms feel extra spacious, plenty of room for our family of five (two adults and 3 tweens/teens). The host was communicative and friendly. Hope to be back some day!

We very much enjoyed this well appointed home in an excellent location in Santa Cruz. The homeowner was very responsive to questions I had. We hope to return for another stay.

Nice stay for a couple of small families in Santa Cruz. Appreciated the high chair and pack and plays. Backyard quaint and pretty. Good central location and 5 min walk to the ocean. One shower/tub has hot water issues but they should be fixing it. Well outfitted and clean.

The house has so much room!! It is in an excellent neighborhood with great access for the Santa Cruz Ironman. Having the bikes to get around was just great! This place had everything we needed and was great for us. Super clean and bright.

Wonderful time in Santa Cruz

We had a fantastic time in this house, within walking distance to the shore and easy biking/driving distance to downtown Santa Cruz. Clean, comfortable, with ample space for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely come back again!

Perfect location and comfortable house

We were in Santa Cruz with 2 other couples and this house was perfect. A short walk to ocean and close to many great restaurants, breweries and wineries. The house also had some cruiser bikes that we used to head up to Wilder Ranch state park and up and down the coast. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful home that is so well designed with comfortable and lovely furniture including the beds. Great backyard for our three year old to play in and fun place to barbecue in the evening. Quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible to beaches, walks and bicycling. So nice that they have games and books and beach umbrellas and toys. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Fantastic house in Santa Cruz

Our family really enjoyed this house in Santa Cruz. Located in a great neighborhood and very roomy for our family. The house was well furnished, clean, and has a beautiful backyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee or dinner at the patio table. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Santa Cruz.

Aniversary weekend

Great location,wonderful home beautiful beach neighborhood.We walked to all areas of interest and to view the sunset every evening during our visit.Furnished with gas bbq,bikes ,beach gear and a beautiful neighborhood cat.

Great place for families

We had a lovely visit. We came to visit family who lived walking distance to the house. Barely needed a car since everything was biking distance. The house had everything - well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach toys, bikes. The yard was also so nice and relaxing.

Such a nice spot!

We had such a nice stay at this house! The location is great-- close to beach, boardwalk, downtown, etc. Having the bikes was really wonderful-- such a fun way to get around! The living room is very comfortable for reading, games, etc., and the backyard is really pleasant. And, there's a friendly neighbor cat that visits!

Great stay with all the comforts of home!

Our multiple generational family stay for the weekend in Santa Cruz was wonderful at this home. There were 6 of us and we were able to spread out and spend time with each other. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was super clean. Including a huge variety of games. We will definitely book again if we are in Santa Cruz.

Wonderful

The place exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our reunion. We relaxed outside on the deck, the house was clean and spacious and the location was great. Chris was easy to work with and responsive. We were really happy with the home and would reserve it again.

Fabulous House

Wonderful. Spacious and very, very clean. Large living room area great to relax in. We cooked every day and had absolutely everything needed in the kitchen. Great backyard. Centrally located to everything especially Steamers Lane. Highly, highly recommend.
