We completely agree that the bathrooms need to be remodeled and have passed along this recommendation to our homeowner. While it is a little more outdated, for now it allows it to be a really affordable option. We hope to get them updated soon! I'm sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the refrigerator during your stay. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it impacts the quality of your food. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please always call us as it can often be solved by turning down the temperature of the fridge and we can assist you in doing so.. Thanks for your feedback. The elevator control board went out during the guest stay and was fixed over Labor Day weekend. Fortunately, access to the building is on the 3rd floor so only one flight of stairs was required.

Thanks for the feedback. An email containing the directions and access information is sent the day the property is booked along with the Reservation Confirmation. Specific to this guest, it was emailed on June 30 when the reservation was made and the email was then forwarded on July 9 when the guest was not able to find the original email and contacted us. We always answer our phone and respond to emails timely if guests have questions or problems or need any type of assistance. It is our standard procedure not to contact guests during their vacation (its one of the many reasons guests choose vacation rentals vs. a hotel room). The condo is very affordable for the very reasons mentioned.
