Enjoyed our stay, well appointed condo with close walking distance to Riverrun Gondola. Able to come in for lunch. Bonus- when conditions were not great at bottom of mountain, you can ride gondola back to bottom, avoiding slushie conditions. Good space for family of five with adult children. This unit has its own washer/ dryer. Nice common area with pool tables snd nearby hot tub.

That’s a great tip about taking the gondola down when conditions get slushy—definitely a perk! Parking garage only allowed for 1 spot. The overnight lot still charged me over 315 for a 3 night stay. Don't understand how HOAs expect a 3 bedroom condo to only have 1 car. Especially on closing weekend, when there over 40 spaces available in the garage.

Thank you for your feedback. We do need to clarify several points regarding parking. The unit includes one designated parking space, which was clearly communicated at the time of booking. Any additional vehicles must use the overflow lot, which is managed and enforced by the resort—not our company. The $25 per night fee is set by the resort, and there are posted signs on-site outlining this, as well as multiple reminders provided in your check-in and parking information. We also reiterated this via text when you reached out. The charges incurred were the result of not paying for the additional vehicles in the overflow lot, not due to any action on our end. Unfortunately, we have no control over resort parking rules, pricing, or enforcement. We understand parking limitations can be frustrating, but this information was provided in advance so guests can plan accordingly.

The unit was advertised as sleeping 10 adults. There wasn’t a rollaway bed and they were missing mattresses. Otherwise, everything was great.

There was a syncing issue that prevented the listing from reflecting a recent change to the bedding configuration, and we understand how this could have been frustrating. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we provided an air mattress to accommodate the missing trundle bed so your group would still have adequate sleeping space. Perfect Stay!

This unit was absolutely wonderful! Each bedroom had their own bathroom. There was plenty of room to watch TV, eat, etc. We loved staying here!

Great time had by all

Group of friends came to keystone for tbe bluegrass and beer festival. This property was perfect for our needs - very roomie and definitely a place we would choose to stay again. Only issue we noticed was a leaky kitchen faucet and a couple of screens missing but otherwise excellent!

Great getaway

2 families with teens. Stayed for the weekend and absolutely loved this property. Close to everything. We parked and never got back in the car until we left. Great communication with property company and easy to navigate

Family weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised to see the accomodations matched the website and pictures. Spacious, clean and had more amenaties than I am used to. Great place and would recommend it to others. Only drawback was the criptic way in which to receive your keys to the condo. It would help if a lockbox was located on the premises and additional parking for a group of 10.
