Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We’re sorry to hear that aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. The only item reported to our team during your stay was the kitchen light fixture. We did inform you at that time that the replacement part had already been ordered but had not yet arrived. No additional concerns were communicated to us while you were in the home. Had we been made aware of the other issues mentioned, we would have promptly sent maintenance or housekeeping to address any serviceable items. Our properties are stocked with standard amenities that are consistent with the majority of professional property management companies in the area and include starter quantities of paper products and basic soaps. As preferences for items such as pillow firmness and amenity brands can vary widely, these are not customized to individual guest preferences. The layout of the home, including the configuration of the third bedroom, is accurately reflected in the listing details so guests can make an informed booking decision prior to arrival. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. Guest comments are reviewed internally to help guide future improvements where appropriate.

Hi Jennifer, We are so sorry to hear about the unfortunate experience you had during your stay. I would like to take this opportunity to address the issues you experienced. VRBO provides a cost breakdown of your nightly rent plus all fees before booking. So when you say “The cost per night was over double what is listed” I was not quite sure what you meant. Unfortunately it is always more expensive to book through third party platforms (as you are subject to their service fee) than it would have been to book directly. We do our best to accommodate as many early check-ins and late check-outs as possible, but unfortunately those are not always an option. We manage nearly 400 properties and due to the time required to clean a unit between stays, these options are not always available. Air conditioning is extremely uncommon in Summit County as even in the hottest summer months, the temperature really does not get high enough for it to be necessary. This was not mentioned in the listing as this is not a norm in our area. Like you mentioned, this is a brand new unit in a brand new building. The hot tubs do exist but unfortunately they are not yet available for guest use. This was our mistake and we sincerely apologize for this error. Any mention of hot tubs has since been removed. You were offered a refund by our reservations team and have had the opportunity to speak to our management on more than one occasion. I assume this review was left prior to your conversations with our management, however if you are still unhappy with our response please do not hesitate to reach back out to us directly. We hope to have the opportunity to redeem ourselves and host you again at some point in the future.
