Nice clean room, safe area. 5 min walk to the beach. 1 king bed and fold out couch. The condo is small but it worked for my daughter and I. Need more than 3 wash clothes for 3 nights stay and 2 people. Oven door glitched and the fire alarm went off, just when I turned on the oven to preheat it to cook a pizza.

A little slice of heaven

We had such a lovely and relaxing stay! The location is perfect and the condo is beautiful. The owners were so lovely! We came to stay for our Anniversary and we were surprised with a bottle of wine and chocolates upon entry! I would highly recommend to anyone interested!

Peaceful

We enjoyed just relaxing on the beach during the day. The weather was beautiful for October! We went out a few nights to Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. Both were nice to just browse around.

It as very enjoyable and quiet. Location was excellent finding places and feeling safe. Just closer attenion to cleaning and repair sliding door.

Our Stay

Everything was nice. It was clean. They had plenty of everything that you really need. The only thing that I did not like you did not have any big trash cans to put your trash in when you have kids that’s under four teenagers you need trash cans to put the trash in we was working with hotel, trash cans, but overall Everything was nice.

A nice surprise

Loved this condo from the first communion with the owners to check out. Check in was easy because of complete instructions from the owner ahead of our vacation. Parking is a breeze due to its location under the building. The condo is right off the elevator. This was important to us due to some mobility problems. The condo is so well laid out all that was needed was a cane rather than the walker. A full kitchen with a washer and a dryer was much appreciated. I highly recommend this condo.

Awesome Vacation!

A great location! A little walk to the beach as you have to go down to the 1st level of the parking garage and walk out but wasn't too bad. The view of the ocean is an angle view but you can still see it. Property owner is super nice and helpful! The unit is clean. The dishwasher is unlevel and didn't seem as clean no doubt due to water drainage but it works. I washed our dishes by hand so no biggie. I highly recommend this property and the owner's! Hope to stay again some day!

Convenient in every way

Checking in at the hotel was a breeze, plenty of parking no matter what time you came into the hotel (4 parking levels). Easy access to the beach with a location to wash off sand once you come back on the property (located next to beach access entrance. The property was also located 2 blocks from Hwy 17 which has all of the great restaurant and is extremely close to the Tangier Outlets if you are looking for great shopping at discounted prices. The Condo was very clean and worked really well for our family of 3. It was great to have a full kitchen as well as a washer dryer in the unit. Being provided chairs/beach umbrella/boogie boards were also a welcome addition. We are very glad that we were able to find this on VRBO. Ed B-

Needs a good cleaning

Condo was not as clean as I expect. The whole place needs a good cleaning; vents and several surfaces need dusting and the bed linens had a musty smell. Worse than that, there was someone's undergarment hanging on the back of the bathroom door and what can only be described as "boogers" on the handle of the patio door. Carpet is old and needs a good cleaning.

Kathleen I really dont know what you are talking about...My husband and I cleaned the condo ourselves, We shampooed the rugs steamed cleaned the tiles and freshly washed the sheets. As far as the clothing behing the door I was using as a rag and must have forgot it...Sorry you felt that way, but it was very clean and fresh and have never gotten a bad review before...I guess you cannot please everyone

Good, But Not Quite What It Might Look Like...

We really, really wanted to be able to sit out on our balcony and see/experience the ocean. The photos shared here, and the description, make it sound like that's what you'll get. The reality is this property is a couple hundred yards from the beach, with another giant property in between, and this room, in particular, has windows and a balcony that are angled away from the beach. Yes, you can "see" the ocean, but only up the beach a ways to the north, not straight out, and not close enough that you can hear the waves. Mostly, you are hearing the traffic of the streets below (and the annoyingly frequent motorcycles!), and unless you are sitting in the far Western end of the balcony, you are looking out over the trees and buildings, not the ocean. Some of the photos share this view, but others share photos of the beach, as if that is also what you can see. Disappointing. And the "bathtub with jets"? Well, it HAS jets, but they don't work. It is a cute place, and cheaper than most, but now we know why. Also, while it looked clean, we dropped a contact lens on the floor in the bathroom and had to crawl around on hands and knees... let's just call it "Very neat" but not "very clean." If you don't care about the limited ocean view and the nonfunctional jets in the tub, though, take advantage of this very cute place.

Zemo....I really really wanted you to love our condo as much as all our other guests. Our photos displayed on VRBO is exactly what you get....a beautiful ocean view. condo...perhaps you cannot hear the waves ...but you most definitely see them. We are not a ocean front condo and never said we were......Now I wish you would have called me about the jet tub, because my guests now are enjoying it...it was a simple fuse... flip of a switch... All out tiles were steamed cleaned prior to your stay and our housekeeper is of high standards...we never ever had a complaint and as far as our price...I do not think we charge a cheap rate, but rather a fair one...I guess you cannot make everyone happy.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was excellent at communicating, responding quickly to any questions and making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great beach vacation!

My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend visit to Myrtle Beach. The host was very attentive and communicated details well for checking in and checking out. The host was very kind and accommodating. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The parking was under the building which made it very nice and convenient. We loved our balcony with the views of the ocean, enjoyed utilizing the beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels provided by the host. Short 2 minute walk to the beach was so convenient. The air conditioning worked excellent. We enjoyed the beach in the morning and early afternoon and then went back to the condo to sit in the shade by the 2 outdoor pools because the building provides shade to the pool area in the afternoon. Very relaxing and peaceful visit! We loved our visit and hope to go back next year!

Perfect little condo!

The condo was cute, clean, great neighborhood, close to beach, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub. Can see ocean and beach from balcony. It was perfect and absolutely would stay here again! We golfed 2 days at courses very nearby. GREAT couple of days!!
