Qui sarete testimoni costiera fauna fiorente nel suo ambiente naturale. Il Shipwatch Villas è una comunità condominio rilassante sul mare. Godetevi la piscina sulla spiaggia o surf nell'oceano. Fate una rilassante passeggiata lungo la spiaggia o prendere la rincorsa verso il molo. Gettare in una linea o di surf getto tutto il giorno. Grill un hot dog nella zona griglia a carbone comunità o cenare presso i numerosi ristoranti locali. Shipwatch Villas 1316 è situato al terzo piano ed è raggiungibile tramite le scale o ascensore. Questa due camere da letto, due bagni condominio è arredato con gusto e ha una splendida vista sul mare e la piscina. Il soggiorno dispone di un divano letto queen size, TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e un servizio Intranet. Anche fuori del soggiorno si trova una porta scorrevole in vetro che porta ad un balcone privato. In fondo al corridoio si trova la camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size che conduce al balcone privato e un bagno padronale. Alla fine del corridoio, appena passato il bagno completo, è la seconda camera da letto. Offrendo un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello con TV. Il Sole sorge..... Tramonti ...... Che altro potrebbe chiedere di più mentre era in vacanza a Topsail Island, Carolina del Nord

Villa Capriani has been a go to favorite for years. This is the first time staying in this particular unit. Everything was in order and the beds were very comfortable. The view amazing and highly recommend the splash by the sea restaurant on property. We would visit this unit again.

Clean. Beautiful beach at low tide. At high tide, there is no walkable beach. Enjoyed having beach cart and beach chairs to use.

After a beautiful destination wedding in Tennessee for our daughter, we looked for something on a quiet beach to relax. This place was beyond what we expected. The condo itself was very cute, clean and welcoming! The bed was wonderful!! Everything needed for a get away stay!! The ocean view was breathtaking and the ease to both it and the huge, clean swimming pool was incredible!! The host had all the supplies necessary to enjoy the beach... chairs, coolers, beach towels, beach umbrella and even 2 wagons! This was so appreciated!! The furniture on the balcony was enjoyable to sit in and have our morning coffee! They were heavy swivel chairs and table not flimsy seating!! All in all was a fantastic relaxing week just what we needed before heading home to Pennsylvania!! Would stay again if we came to North Top Sail Beach!

WARNING DO NOT RENT TO THIS PERSON!! Reserved without notice of bringing animal, did not pay animal cleaning fee. 1 hour Prior to check in the guest mentioned an animal ( service ) I offered my HOA pet policy and requested the service dog info be sent to my HOA as this was not my policy. She refused any kind of acknowledgment of “service animal” and threatened legal action to me and my HOA. My rules are clear, only service dogs that present proper paperwork will be approved. This guest was verbally abusive, threatening and is lying. Despite all of this I told her to check in and she could give the proper paperwork to the HOA. I then received a call from VRBO who was clearly threatened by legal jargon and lied to. I told them that I was not canceling and did not refuse entry and that the guest decided to not check in. DO NOT RENT TO THIS GUEST SHE IS DISGRUNTLED, THREATENING, and I am sure this is her MO and not her first time…

Great Affordable Getaway

This unit is nicely updated and well kept -- the owner was very helpful with the questions we had and everything went smoothly. Our teen granddaughters wanted a getaway during spring break and we all really enjoyed our stay.

The 5 star review includes location on the ocean with a view of the ocean and balcony overlooking the pool and ocean, renovated and updated space, high end appliances, monochromatic beautiful decoration, comfortable beds, cleanliness, easy check in, check out and good communication. I truly value my guests and I am proud to say that most of my guests are returning. I have guests who come back year after year to make wonderful memories with their family. Great Vacay !

Everything was super nice and clean ! The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked in a lot . So nice having the wagon , tent, sand toys and chairs available for our use ! Thanks Terri for a wonderful time in your lovely villa !

Girls weekend

This property was perfect for our girls weekend. We were able to enjoy coffee on the balcony, stroll the beach, dip our toes in the pool and sleep soundly. It was perfect.

Wonderful!

The owner was so kind and easy to deal with. She was flexible when my plans changed a bit and we do appreciated that. The place was peaceful and the views wonderful. We will definitely visit again!

The condo was clean, very spacious, nicely decorated, and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The linens, beach towels, and beach chairs were all provided which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to save space in our car for the trip. The view from the balcony was perfect with unobstructed sights of the ocean and pool. It was the perfect spot for our morning coffee or evening happy hour. Terrie was responsive and a joy to work with. She’s probably the best host I’ve engaged with in all my VRBO stays. We hope to stay at the condo again next summer!

We loved our stay at this great property. There was four adults in our group and we had more than enough room. The property was equipped with everything we needed! We arrived to find it clean and adorable. Beach access was so convenient and the elevator made getting in and out a breeze. The owner was great with communication and made everything straightforward and easy. When we return to Topsail this property would be our first choice without a doubt. We highly recommend it!

The condo is situated so that you have a perfectly clear view of the ocean and pool. It had plenty of space for our family of four. There is plenty of beach gear at your disposal, towels, etc. It truly is an amazing spot to vacation. We have been going to Topsail for over 10 years now and Shipwatch villas is our favorite. You can’t beat the direct beach access and view. I loved that this condo was one level and felt roomy and spacious. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Great value. Great location

Great place to stay. Host was excellent! Perfect for mom and dad and 2 to 3 kids. Plenty of ocean chairs, umbrellas and boards. HOA needs to purchase more luggage carts they are in short supply. We got lucky since it was after spring break and off season.
