Had we known the DVD player was not working and that you needed more grilling tools and kitchen storage containers, we would have brought replacements right over. We are sorry for the inconvenience. The lights are on a sensor and the light switch must be turned on. It may have been turned off by accident. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your review on “Watervale”. We are glad you enjoyed this gulf view property, decor and private pool! We are very sorry to hear that only 1 TV worked during your stay. Unfortunately, this was the first time we had heard about this issue and we tried our best to get it resolved during your stay. Upon further investigation with an electrician, the wiring underneath the house was corroded and it all had to be replaced. We are happy to report that all TVs are all working now. We would like to make it up to you with your next booking, please just call our office.
