Il condominio si trova a un isolato dalla famosa spiaggia di Waikiki. L'unità offre una vita di lusso con vista sulle montagne, sul canale e sui campi da golf. È stato recentemente ristrutturato con pavimento in piastrelle di pietra naturale, ripiani in granito, lavastoviglie e nuovi arredi. Ci sono due ingressi separati per il bagno dalla camera da letto e dal soggiorno.

Solo una breve passeggiata vi porta al campo da golf, ristoranti, negozi, parchi, lo zoo di Honolulu, l'International Market Place e le fermate degli autobus. L'aeroporto internazionale di Honolulu è a soli 25 minuti di auto.

La proprietà è ben tenuta con un eccellente ponte ricreativo che ha una piscina esterna riscaldata, vasche idromassaggio, sauna, campo da tennis e parco giochi per bambini. C'è anche un parcheggio coperto gratuito, telefonate locali e interurbane gratuite verso la Cina continentale e il Canada. È incluso anche l'accesso gratuito a internet.

Le Hawaii sono un posto molto speciale. Adoriamo la cultura unica delle Hawaii, il clima e l'ambiente. Le persone sono straordinariamente amichevoli, rendendo il nostro tempo trascorso qui molto più piacevole.

Perfect Location

Our stay was just right; minutes from the beach, restaurants, concert venue. Nearly everything we wanted to do in the area was walkable. There was someone onsite for any inquires or issues, of which we had none.I highly recommend this property.

Fun and Satisfying stay

Close to Waikiki beach great sunsets. Easy parking. Easy to get around with car. My one complaint is that the bathroom had a funky (may be sewer) smell that seemed to be worse after showers.

Excellent

We had an excellent time during our stay! The rental had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. It was clean, spacious enough for myself and fiancé and in a great central location-walking to shops, restaurants, and the beach was super easy, even though we had a rental car (we barely used it and saved on gas!).The beach equipment, including the chairs, was appreciated and definitely well-loved, though some of them were a bit tricky to open and close due to wear. Still, it was great to have them available.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely book this place again. Highly recommend it to others looking for a convenient, clean, and beach-ready getaway!

Nice Home Away from Home

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The place was well stocked both in the kitchen and recreational/beach amenities, which made our stay that much easier and enjoyable. The location is great, close to Waikiki and the beach but also far enough away from the main tourist area. Great Option in Waikiki

For those of you who don’t need the hotel life, the Waikiki Banyon is a great option. Clean room. Great view. Easy access to everything. Mostly, very affordable.

A few blocks from the beach

Enjoyed this little unit. Less than 2 blocks from the beach and free parking. They also have beach chairs and an umbrella you can use plus other beach toys. Will recommend or stay if we come back.

Debbie our fabulous host was organized and communicated with us very well! The property itself was fantastic, well kept, clean and stocked with everything you might need which was a bonus as I have stayed in this complex several times before with half as much provided. (including kitchen ware, ice packs, cooler, beach accessories---so helpful!!) My husband and I intend to return in the near future! Highly recommend!

Great location in Wakiki

Everything was top notch. East access to the beach and dinning. Pool and hot tub were nice. And the bed was very comfortable. Will be returning.

Wonerful Condo

We chose this condo because the location was great. We are very familiar with the location and it is perfect for the 2 of us. We call this location the quiet end of Waikiki. Restaurants are a short walk as is shopping. Check it out on mapuest and you can see exact location. 1 block to the beach. The pictures posted on VRBO were true to the unit. The bed was very comfortable and bigger than our Cal-King at home. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed. The AC was turned on when we arrived but we turned it off and didn't use it again. The lanis was very spacious and the windows in the bedroom gave us great natural air conditoning. Very well appointed condo. Looking forward to our next trip there.

Short walk to the beach and market

We enjoyed being able to make our own meals. Utensils, pots & pans & dishes, there was no lack of anything. Had all our meals on the patio with lovely view of Golf Course. Lots of towels were provided.

Great place, "As advertised"!

Spent 4 nights in September. Everything was excellent, zero surprises. Communication with the owner, check-in and check-out, and the entire process was a breeze. The place was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked with high-end cookware and every utensil and small appliance you'd need, and the bed was comfy. Plus the view. All in all, would stay here again and would 100% recommend!

Waikiki convenience

We enjoyed this well located, well-maintained condo. It was unusually hot and humid in Hawaii during our stay and it was so nice to have AC. Parking is a premium in Waikiki so having a parking garage was also a big plus. Location was just 2 blocks from the beach but worlds away from the chaos. The views of the canal and mountains was calming.

Beautiful unit in waikiki

Very beautiful and well equipped unit. It had everything we needed to cook meals. Beautiful view... comfortable bed. Had a little trouble with the TV and Debbie was on it!

Amazing

The condo is beautiful, the views of the crater was breath taking. My wife and I enjoyed the stay was very comfortable and relaxing at night. Very clean quiet. Fully stocked kitchen to cook. Would highly recommend Debbie great to work with and easy to talk to during the reservation process and very quick to get back if you have any problems.

Honululu layover

We stayed for four nights on a layover with the goal of getting some beach time prior to our further travels. The location of the unit was great - just a few blocks from Waikiki Beach. The unit was comfortable with amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in . We really enjoyed having the beach chairs, straw mats for the beach, and boogie boards available for our use. Laundry was available which was helpful. I would definitely stay here again if in Waikiki.

Comfortable Waikiki Condo

I don’t think I realized that this condo was on the 21st floor of a 36 ish story building. The height does give you a great view which we really enjoyed. The condo is within easy walking distance of any of the sights along Waikiki beach. I especially appreciated having laundry supplies in the condo; the washer/dryer were on every floor and worked fine! The little coffee shop in the lobby has great baked goods.

the property was exactly as shown on line. everything was smooth with the owners and property manager. couldn't get the air con working, put in a call to the property manager, had someone there within a few hours. was impressed with unit and experience. would definitely stay here again

Enjoyed the stay and will come back again

This place is clean and all items have great quality ! The place also provides very thoughtful items : beach supplies(such like beach blanket, chairs, valley ball, tennis racket ...), nice kitchen supplies, those items provide convenience and make me feel that I stay at home. the bed is comfortable, this is very important to us. Every spot is clean in entire house.. Great location, a couple of minutes walks to Waikiki beach, nice shopping area, restaurants etc. Debbie had great communication. the house is remodeled, nice and clean. great mountain view.
