We had a wonderful week! The condo and resort were clean and beautiful, everything exceeded expectations! We appreciated having beach chairs to take to the ocean and easy on-site parking. Our host was friendly, helpful and always reachable. Loved the beautiful pools and beach, and the system for getting clean beach towels worked very well. Incredible location, close to everything. We would love to come again, thank you!

This condo was perfect for us (family of five). The parking is easy and the condo is conveniently close to the elevator, but it is very quiet. We never heard guests in the hall or in other rooms. We appreciated the three beach chairs and cooler. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower has great water pressure! The Honua Kai property is great--multiple pools and easy to access the beach and walk along Ka'anapali. The view from the lanai is even better than it looks in pictures. Fereshteh is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Honua Kai is an absolute gem! Nothing feels more like Hawai’i then staying at this beautiful resort

Renting this property was smooth and easy. Communication was great before we got there and while we were there. We would definitely rent here again and hope to in the coming years.

Slice of heaven

The property was surprisingly beautiful and nicer than the pictures showed. It was a great layout on an incredible resort. Our host was extremely responsive in resolving issues that arose and I would definitely book with her again

Great stay

Great condo and stay at this Kaanapali property. Condo was exactly as advertised, and communications with property manager was great. Mountain view (as shown) with great balcony with sun from 0800-1500 and nicely sheltered from wind. Would definitely return!

Beautiful & Comfy Get away

This property was amazing, it had several pools and hot tubs and beautiful gardens all around. Only a few steps from the beach. Our host was great at communicating and answered all questions right away. The unit was spacious and cute and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Nice condo

Condo was nicely decorated and very spacious. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Fereshteh was very helpful and accommodating. You definitely have a full view of the construction, which they are working on 6 days out of the week.

Lovely, comfortable condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Honua Kai. This condo was perfect for a family with 2 or 3 children with plenty of room for everyone. It came well stocked with every kitchen gadget we needed. Plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards. I would recommend replacement or a deep cleaning of the couches, there were stains that were visible as we had to move the cushions off each day for the pull-out couches.

Robert, you have rented from us many times over the last few years and it was always a great experience. This time you rented the condo for your daughter and her family and unfortunately, your daughter left a huge mess in the condo. There was damaged bedding, lots of trash left (it looked like they never took the rash out during their entire stay of 9 nights) and there was sand and rocks everywhere. When I contacted you and sent you pictures of the condition your daughter and her family left our condo, you apologized and agreed to pay for the extra cleaning. The cleaning company had to call in extra cleaners in order to finish cleaning and have the condo ready for the next guests. You loved the condo until you were charged for the additional cleaning. (we didn't charge you for the damaged bedding) As a previous owner at the resort, you know the cleaning fee you paid was for standard check out clean and not the excessive cleaning that was needed and it does not cover the damaged linen. Please don't rent any of our properties again.

Very nice unit and beautiful property

Resort is beautiful and the room/condo was nice. Appliances and furnishings were very nice. Never experienced nana walls before and really liked how big they make the room feel! Were afraid of the screens after multiple warnings about ease of damage so we did not use them. Parking for the building gets very difficult after 7pm. Valet personnel were not always available. Not their fault - it gets a little crazy workload for them! Towels for pool and beach come from a vending type machine with radio trackers and a loss fee. Some machines get turned off overnight and are generally require patience. The elevator in our wing apparently has been out of service for a long time. The main elevator bank had one of the 2 broken for a day during our stay. There are 6 BBQ's near the lazy river. They are kept very clean and seem high end but 2 would not light and 1 would not heat up. Called the help number and they responded quickly.

Perfect for our Family of 5

This unit was perfect for our family of 5 with three littles (3, 5, and 7). Check-in was really smooth and easy. Fereshteh was great to work with and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. The unit had some beach toys for the kids to use. Would definitely go back!
