This home was well stocked equipment, paper goods, kitchen utensils and dinnerware. Kitchen appliances very clean and work perfectly. Comfortable living area and CABLE TV in three rooms! Comfortable beds and linen as well as many, many towels. The fishing dock provided access to the Indian River and the marine life is plentiful. My wife and I caught several species including trout, redfish, snook, ladyfish, jacks, and catfish. I Also landed two rays. I was told the dock is shared but I saw no one else while there. I was able to get my Hobie Pro Angler over the rocks lining the river bed and kicked out to the island directly behind the property where I caught a big snook. I was able to catch bait with a net from the dock and there was a lot of bait around the adjacent islands.

We had the best time here! The house had everything you could possibly need, we could have packed lighter if we knew. We kept our boat on their dock, and every morning we could just walk out, and leave. The inlet wasnt far away so we did some snorkeling and fishing. There wasnt a bunch of boat traffic so spent the day tubing. The water was so pretty too! The house was perfect, and we'd definitely go back!

Great property in Sebastian, Florida

This property was well appointed and comfortable for my family. The location worked well for our purpose and there are restaurants and parks within walking distance. If Sebastian is your destination this is a great option.

Absolutely best place for sunrise viewing!

Loved this location and property. Perfect distance for exploring Sebastian which is charming. But the property is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Loved it!

Great private getaway!

Our family stayed here for a week and it was very nice. It was clean, spacious and private for a relaxing getaway. The dock was great for fishing and boating. The parks and Sebastian inlet are close and the area was friendly and inviting. The hosts were very responsive and the check in/out process was easy. We would love to come back to this area in the future.

Amazing .... great spot to visit!!!

Very much enjoyed this home! Amazing location right near everything Sebastian has to offer! Tremendous view right our your backdoor each morning. Kids loved seeing the dolphins passing by in the mornings. Clean and very comfortable. Very relaxing and a great getaway.

Great House. Great Location. Great View. Just Great!

We had a great week at this house. Perfect Sebastian location. Walk to bars and restaurants. Short drive to everything else you might need. Very comfortable house with a great view. Highly recommended.

Amazing Place

We absolutely loved this place. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Morning coffee on the back deck with the most amazing sunrises was something we looked forward to each day. Thank you for sharing your home. We will be back.

Spectacular Sunrises

We enjoyed a 4 night stay as a winter getaway from the cold and snow. The house is as pictured. The back of the house faces the inter coastal waterway. We were treated to a couple of amazing sunrises. There is a great waterfront walking path which our dog enjoyed. Thank you Matt and Meg!

GREAT LOCATION! But... house apparently was either vacant for a while and/or not viewed/refreshed by cleaning staff before our arrival. There were dead pill millipedes throughout the house. At fees VRBO is now charging these things are expected by renters to be taken care of.

Perfect Location

This is an amazingly beautiful property! We stayed for almost two weeks and didn’t want to leave. The breeze off the river is great! The sunrises are spectacular! You can walk to several local bars and restaurants. However, it nestled off the road and is very private. The owners were very attentive and the whole process of checking in and out was easy. We can’t wait to return!!

Gem of a location!

We fell in love with this place and are delighted that we can return next year. We were there for 7 weeks and it soon felt like home. Its not fancy but clean and comfy. Fantastic accommodation

We had a fantastic stay in this house. The communication went smoothly, the house is super clean and very well equipped. We wanted for nothing. The view of the Indian River is great and the view is unique. We can absolutely and unreservedly recommend the accommodation and should we ever be drawn to Florida again, we would probably like to book this vacation home again. Thank you very much for this great stay.

Great place to stay!

We (husband, two teenage sons and I) had a wonderful time at this property. It is conveniently located within walking distance to many local restaurants and within a short drive of many other restaurants and activities. The guys did a lot of fishing from the dock, catching a variety of fish. Kayaks were available for use. Wabasso beach is only 10 minutes away. It is also nice to have kitchen and laundry facilities available. We would stay here again!
