ROSE COURT COTTAGE è un paradiso privato, tranquillo e accogliente. I nostri ospiti possono dedicarsi alla cura dei dettagli: elementi di design di epoca artigiana combinati con sontuosi arredi e lenzuola, e una moltitudine di servizi pensati.

L'interno è nominato in un ricco motivo arricchito da rifiniture in legno, finestre multi-luce, dipinti magistrali e stencil e paesaggi impressionisti della California.

La stanza principale del cottage ha una zona soggiorno / pranzo / notte con camino, antico letto matrimoniale, tavolo e sedie da bistrot e divano che può essere convertito in un letto matrimoniale. Adiacente alla sala principale c'è un angolo cottura completamente attrezzato, e c'è un bagno privato con doccia piastrellata e soffione doccia a pioggia europeo a 75 getti.

Nascosto dalla strada, il cortile del cottage in mattoni è un delizioso spazio all'aperto con un patio, una fontana e un'abbondante fioritura di rose inglesi profumate e gelsomino.

Just as shown on VRBO, the cottage was quiet, charming and very comfortable. Christy was super accommodating when we misplaced the roomkey. Over and above levels of attention and service. The cottage is very well located for marketing, restaurants and highway access.

We loved the property, its location and the host. Very near the downtown, it was also across the street from the Wildberries grocery which has a bakery and coffee shop. The rose court was filled with flowers, a nice little place to sit and a relaxing fountain. When we get back to Arcata, we will stay there again.

This place is perfect for a couple and right in the middle of town in Arcata. This is perfect for those staying on business or pleasure. The location is quiet and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

My family of three stayed in this charming cottage. The garden is beautiful with many lovely roses. This location is walkable to many restaurants and the Square in the center of town. We would come back again!

We had a painting project in a space adjacent to the cottage prior to your stay. Though we aired out the painted room and the cottage prior to your arrival, you might have discerned paint primer. Sweet Cottage

The cottage is small best for two but can accommodate 4 with the pull out sofa. It is nicely decorated in a vintage style and all linens, pillows, coffee, soap, tea etc. were of good quality. Great location within walking distance to Arcata's plaza.

I grew up in Arcata and have always appreciated the work it takes to keep up older homes, this was an absolutes beaut!The owners have done a fabulous job on their home and we loved our time there! Home Away From Home

This cottage was our west coast home for two weeks while visiting our daughter. It provided all the amenities that are needed and the location to downtown Arcata was great! The town offers good walking trails along the bay and the beer breweries are many. Your access to the redwoods parks is plentiful and the beaches are inviting. We would definitely rent this cottage again and hope to return soon.

Cozy, comfortable, and great location

It's a short walk to just about everything in Arcata (including a grocery store right across the street) from Christy's Rose Court Cottage. And the cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the lovely private patio/seating area surrounded by roses. Christy is a terrific host--very responsive and concerned for her guests.

Beautiful Place, Great Location!

My daughter and I stayed at the Rose Court Cottage during drop off for her first year as a transfer student at CSU Humboldt. Christy was a wonderful host and so accommodating and helpful! The cottage and garden entry is so lovely and peaceful! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great! We loved the convenient location to both Cal Poly and the town… especially loved walking just across the street to Wildflower grocery store which has a great coffee and juice bar! Will definitely be back!

We loved the Rose Court Cottage. Clean, close to downtown, easy access to 101. Christy was very responsive and the rental was completely set up. Coffee, creamers, great towels. THIS WAS A VERY CLEAN CUTE PLACE. PERFECT LOCATION. IT WAS MUCH SMALLER THAN I EXPECTED. SOMEONE WAS ALWAYS IN OUR PARKING SPACE. NEXT RENTAL I WOULD LIKE A HOUSE WITH A BEDROOM.

Lumberjack Getback Reunion Trip to Arcata

Traveled to Arcata for a college reunion. The Rose Court Cottage was the perfect home base for my husband and I! The cottage was clean, comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed the front patio area with the fountain/fish pond and all the beautiful flowers. Christy has really done a great job at creating this little cottage oasis in Arcata. We had everything we needed in the cottage and enjoyed the walkable distances to all our Arcata favorites: HSU (now CPH-Cal Poly Humboldt), Los Bagels, Wildberries Market, the Co op, the Crabs baseball field, and all of the businesses around the Arcata Plaza. Christy was an excellent hostess. We will highly recommend the Rose Court Cottage to our friends and family.

Sweet cottage with a beautiful entry garden; well-stocked but tiny kitchen with small fridge and microwave. Comfy and cozy , well-appointed bath, lots of books and movies.

I have had a love affair with Arcata since I moved here 50 years ago to attend Humboldt State University, renamed Cal Poly Humboldt. I graduated and could not leave this special place; our progressive kinda quirky little university town is like none other. Rose Court Cottage is adjacent to my downtown Tudor Revival residence, just 4 short blocks to Arcata Plaza.

The abundance of natural beauty just minutes away in any direction is phenomenal: the tallest most majestic redwood trees in the world, miles of unspoiled rugged coastline, sand dunes, lagoons, six beautiful rivers, ever changing Humboldt Bay, and Wildlife Refuges, to name a few. The redwood coast offers diverse recreational opportunities which attract visitors from around the world. Since opening in 2004, I have hosted a good number of those visitors here at Rose Court Cottage and guided them to the unique features of our area. I have developed friendships with guests who return again and again to visit their CPH students or family living in the area, attend our many festivals and events, conduct business, or come back to a getaway that they love. It is the perfect base from which to make day trips to the natural wonders of our region, and return at the end of the day to a cozy cottage with all the comforts of home.

Arts, culture, music, theater, shopping, food and drink, being 'green' before it was groovy, a lively downtown Plaza, architecture, history, and a friendly embracing community make Arcata a destination not to be missed.
