Great place to stay, convenient location in Arcata. Just wish there was more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for the week long visit. Otherwise, it was great!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The listing never mention about a kindergarten school next door that was loud from 7:30 to 5. The school also has a porta potty right next to the house on the other side of the fence. The driveway is also a issue if you dont have much clearance on your car. Besides that its a nice neighborhood, and we did enjoy our stay for the most part.

Thank you for your feedback we do not know what school you are referring to as there is not a school next door? We are sorry there was a porta potty next door they were doing construction and had not informed us of putting one there. We do hope to welcome you back in the future for a 10/10 stay!

We needed a place close to campus that had three rooms and/or two beds in the second room, and this checked all the boxes. Was nice and clean, and lower priced than similar properties in the area. Check-in was very easy, and the host provided clear instructions for everything. Will definitely look to rebook the next time we are in the area.

Great little house for my family to explore the Arcata area, A dishwasher would be nice but I fully realize that the kitchen would require lots of unneeded work to get one shoehorned in.

Great place to stay in Arcata

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly this was the perfect place! Very clean and welcoming and all the beds were super comfortable. The wi fi didn’t really work even after resetting it but that was the only issue. There was also construction right next to the rental (so close they removed the rental’s fence while we stayed) and that was pretty noisy and annoying but not the fault of the rental company.

The space was clean and charmingly decorated. The pottery was lovely and all the little touches that were available were so appreciated. We didn't have a did but there was even a little basket with treats for your puppy and stuff to help you clean up after your dog. The kitchen had everything we needed. The needs were comfortable. It was great!

Very cozy just the perfect size for my family and dogs. Clean and had all the amenities we needed. Just wish the backyard was enclosed to let the dogs roam without a leash. Driveway is a bit difficult to back out of due to fence causing blind spot. Best to park on the street. We will most likely stay again in the future for sure!
