Dal momento in cui entri in Cliffs 6302 e vedi la vista mozzafiato sull'oceano, sentirai lo stress sciogliersi. Rilassati sul lanai di fronte all'oceano o sul lanai molto privato al largo della camera da letto principale. Guarda le balene migratrici (da novembre ad aprile) e goditi le buffonate tutto l'anno di galli, Nene (oche hawaiane), albatro, cardinali e altri uccelli sulla cintura verde sotto il condominio.

Questo condominio 2Br / 2bath elegantemente decorato comprende cucina e bagno padronale aggiornati, vernice fresca, nuovi ventilatori a soffitto, 3 TV a schermo piatto e lettori Blu-Ray DVD, lettore CD combinato, radio AM & FM Band e funzionalità Bluetooth, binocolo, centro di intrattenimento e biancheria di lusso Tommy Bahama. Lavatrice / asciugatrice, Smart TV consentono l'uso dei tuoi abbonamenti in streaming (Netflix, Hulu, ecc.) WiFi gratuito e telefono per la terraferma sono inoltre forniti.

La cucina completa ha tutto il necessario e le griglie del gas sono a pochi passi dal condominio. Andare a pesca d'altura e grigliare il pescato per cena. Ci sono anche 2 supermercati ben forniti a Princeville e Hanalei.

La camera matrimoniale con cabina doccia ensuite ha un delizioso lanai molto riservato, circondato da alberi tropicali abitati da uccelli che ti fanno serenata ogni mattina. C'è un secondo bagno nella zona giorno e due letti matrimoniali nel soppalco al piano superiore. Un nuovo divano letto nel soggiorno offre un'altra opzione per dormire. Molto comodo per 4-6 persone.

Tutti i comfort di casa con tutti i comfort di un resort di prim'ordine: piscine, vasche idromassaggio, campo pratica, campi da tennis e da pallavolo e parco giochi per i piccoli. The Cliffs ha uno dei migliori direttori / concierge di attività che può aiutare con qualsiasi esigenza.

Non devi mai lasciare il resort (tranne per il cibo!), ma ci sono ottimi negozi e ristoranti da esplorare sia in Princeville Center che in Hanalei. Vai un po 'più in là verso Kiluea o le spiagge sulla costa nord / est. Forniamo tutto il necessario per una fantastica giornata nella vicina baia di Hanalei, nella spiaggia di Annini o in altre spiagge a breve distanza in auto: ombrellone, sedie a sdraio, boogie board, materassini, asciugamani, dispositivi di raffreddamento, maschere per lo snorkeling e altri giocattoli. Il golf è il tuo gioco? Il bellissimo corso Makai è a 5 minuti.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. The resort overall has a nice mellow feeling and many guests who return every year. The condo was well-stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, excellent location, and beautiful view. We loved going out for Kauai adventures daily but also returning to the condo early enough for a little soccer on the lawn, grilling, and watching sunset from the cliffs. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Beautiful views. Good ocean breezes! Nicely equipped. The property has many amenities and all that you need for the beach is there- from beach chairs to snorkels and coolers, and more! Even When working in the kitchen, you have an amazing view! The kitchen is also well equipped. We enjoyed pickleball and the pool, we loved the “back side” of the pool especially. Kauai has no lack of amazing adventures as well. It was an easy trip down to Hanalei, and we loved spending time there!

Everything was seemless with booking this condo. The communication from both owners was amazing. They even provided detailed driving directions to their condo and list of recommendations for restaurants. The Condo was stocked with essentials to start our trip (kitchen spices, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, etc). The views from both lanais were beautiful!! Perfect location to visit Hanalei. We took advantage of the food truck on site our first night and the coffee cart one morning. We stayed for 5 nights and then went to Poipu for the rest of our trip. After arriving in Poipu, my husband realized he left his wallet behind. Roger and Charlene were so helpful so he could go back and grab his wallet. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Roger & Charlene for your help and sharing your beautiful condo.

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. We really appreciate the incredible ocean view and the birds and roosters every morning were and always will be my favorite way to start my day. The kitchen has plenty of tools and dishes. The property grills are easy to use. Five of us (with 3 being young adults) stayed in the condo and we had plenty of space.

Great stay!

Loved our stay at the Cliffs in Princeville. The property is clean, gorgeous view, well stocked kitchen for those that like to cook, everything you need for a trip to the beach or pool, lots of activities on property and nearby. Couldn't have asked for more!

Great vacation stay

We had a great time at this condo in Princeville. The location was amazing - with great views of the ocean and lots of benches/chairs in the back to watch sunrise and sunsets. It never felt too hot with the glass doors open and fans running. We would definitely want to come back to this condo!

Our stay was amazing. When we checked in the guy at reception said we were in the best unit, to which i said, he probably says that to everyone. He was right! Top floor, out on the end with an unobstructed view and an ocean breeze that kept the place nice and cool. Unit was just as described and owners were amazing.

We are recently retired after careers in Robotics, Computer, Microwave, Communications, Network & IT Engineering (Roger) and Finance (Charlene). I have been to Oahu (3 times), Big Island (twice), and Maui (numerous times). While they each are beautiful in their own way, I began to see why Kauai was my Roger's favorite. It's name as the Garden Isle is well deserved and the lush verdant landscape comes at a price--frequent rain showers. The weather is never boring!

One day, we were driving around and, on a whim, stopped at an open house. We met our real estate agent AnnMarie Hamilton that day and started to dream of owning our own place. Over the next 2 years she sent us many listings and we realized that our dream was affordable if we went the vacation rental route. In December 2013, we bid on our beautiful ocean view condo, Cliffs 6302. On New Year's Day 2014, our offer was accepted--we flew over 2 weeks later to inspect the property and the view was so amazing, we got chills!

As Bloody Mary in the musical South Pacific so aptly sings: 'You've got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how you gonna have a dream come true?' From inception to realization, our condo in Kauai is our 'dream come true'. We love sharing our dream slice of paradise with our guests.
