ChampionsGate, Villa Executive di lusso con 9 posti letto, 30 + 2 posti letto, piscina e centro benessere ad ovest

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased you enjoyed the check-in process and location. We’re sorry to hear your comments regarding the kitchen items and linens. Our homes are equipped to a consistent standard, and we’re always happy to promptly provide any missing items if notified during a stay. Regarding the towels, the charge was applied only after our housekeeping and laundry teams confirmed that multiple items (16 in total) were permanently stained and could not be restored despite professional laundering attempts. All linens are inspected prior to arrival, and any items not meeting our standards are removed from service. We do strive to be fair and transparent in all situations and regret that this impacted your experience. Thank you for choosing the Champions Retreat (608466) with Vrbo.

Thank you Gloria, for your thoughtful review and for choosing our home for your family reunion — we’re delighted to hear you had a great stay and would return. We also appreciate the constructive feedback. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations; this is something we take very seriously, and your comments have already been shared with our housekeeping team so we can ensure higher standards going forward. We are currently in the process of updating several appliances (laundry equipment already replaced), and your note reinforces the importance of continuing that work. We will also be adding non-slip pads to all area rugs to improve safety and comfort. Thank you again for staying with us and for highlighting both the positives and the areas we can improve. We’d be glad to welcome you and your family back anytime.
