Vista Verde - Case per le vacanze di Five Star Properties

"Vista Verde" .... I panorami sconfinati e verdi abbondano non appena prendi il primo passo in questo appartamento di 2 camere da letto con 2 bagni aggiornato a Hilton Head presso la villa Plantation Club. Tutto questo, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia!

La cucina è completamente ristrutturata e arredata con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e mobili di fascia alta con chiusura automatica. Un open space con vista golf dalla cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. La sala da pranzo ha un tavolo alto barra superiore con 8 posti a sedere. Il soggiorno ben arredato dispone di un divano letto e di posti a sedere supplementari, tutti affacciati sui green. C'è anche un balcone privato per godere appieno del proprio "Vista Verde" privato.

La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale e continua il tema costiera con il blues morbidi e beige.

La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale, ampio spazio armadio, ed è arredata con gusto anche in un tema costiero

Plantation Club si trova vicino al Atlantic Dunes e Heron Point Clubhouse che si trova proprio di fronte al Sea Pines Beach Club. Goditi una breve passeggiata dalla tua villa alla spiaggia! Sei a soli 250 metri da tutti i servizi che Plantation Club Villas ha da offrire!

The air vents are dirty - need to be cleaned. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location. Close to beach, sea pines center, etc. Enjoyed our stay.

Just perfect!

We are long-time summer vacation renters in Sea Pines and decided to forgo the busy Salty Dog area to stay on the golf course. Terrific location not only for good but quick bike ride to the beach. Perfect spot!

Only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach! Right by the pool. Everything was well kept and clean. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

We enjoyed this property, the convenient location and accessible amenities. Our only disappointment was the smell of water damage through the ac vents that triggered allergies in my family.

The property was very nicely decorated, and everything was very clean. We had one issue with the cable, but management came right over and helped us fix it. We would definitely go back.

Excellent Location

This is the 5th week we have stayed in this condo. With 2 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms it's perfect for 2 couples. It's right on the bike trail with a 5 minute ride to the beach. We also enjoy the pool with its partially shaded deck.

Wonderful stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at this property!! It was clean, wonderful layout, and had just what we needed. We did have fewer towels the first night but after sending a quick email to the property manager, within a few hours, we had all the towels we needed! Our family would definitely stay there again! :)

Perfect place

Price was great for the place. View off the balcony onto the golf course is awesome. Very clean and great location. Pool is right next to the condo and was quiet and serene. About a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to the beach and the bike rental place was right next door. Definitely recommend!

We have visited HH many times and have always stayed at the same place. I was a little nervous this time booking with a different rental. I was relieved when I opened the door and saw the condo. It was the perfect place for us. The things important to this grandma are cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. This rental met my standards in all 3 categories. I will be booking here again.

Great View

The golf course view is fabulous, my husband really enjoyed it the most! The unit is very spacious, with plenty of room to move around and not feel closed in, and having a utility room with a washer and dryer is a bonus! We were comfortable the entire stay! You are just a few short minutes from beach access as well. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again!!

Clean. Really small, the view from the sliding glass door - only window in main area, was nice. Kitchen very well appointed. Plenty of towels.

Christmas get away

The property was in a good location for all activities, shopping, and dining. The unit could use refresh of paint and a "deep clean" as cleaning hasn't involved moving furniture, washing walls etc. Having said this it was a good value. Property manager was available and responsive to any inquiry

Cute condo

The condo was in a great location with immediate bike path access. It was well lit at night and quiet. The view of the golf course was nice and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The interior and decor is a little outdated and some of the lights need attention as they did not work or flickered when turned on. Regardless, we had a great vacation.
