Grande spaziosa e confortevole ski-in di lusso, condominio ski-out, che si trova su Bear Mountain, percorso Sundog. A pochi passi da Alba sedia tripla ascensore. Un albergo costruito di alta qualità, che include tre (3) camere da letto con tre (3) bagni (adiacenti alle camere da letto). Questo è uno degli sviluppi più prestigiosi sulla montagna.

Svegliatevi e prima godersi la vista dal grande soggiorno, zona pranzo e cucina. Il principale vantaggio di proprietà è la breve passeggiata per il sollevamento Alba. È possibile evitare la folla da solo mettendo gli sci e poi spostarsi verso il basso la montagna! Sci e smettere di tornare per pranzo, dal momento che sono già sul monte, si può sciare fino al gruppo! È possibile utilizzare la sedia Alba con un biglietto di ascensore (si sarebbe limitato ad alcuni dei percorsi adiacenti 'Sundog, Bearview e Rendezvous').

La cucina è ben attrezzata con piano in granito e granito isola e tutti i comfort.

La sala grande ha un camino a gas con un 43 'TV a schermo piatto con cavo. La pianta aperta dà vista sulla montagna dalla cucina e sala grande.

Dopo lo sci, usufruire del centro benessere privato (anche in piedi), che offre una piscina coperta (fuori piscina in estate), allenarsi in palestra, vasca idromassaggio, bagno di vapore, sauna secca e un ristorante (stagionale).

L'unità dispone di un full size cucina completamente attrezzata, vasca Jacuzzi, spaziosa camera familiare (con vista sulle montagne), lavatrice, asciugatrice e camino a gas. La camera da letto 2 posti letto su un letto king size. Una delle altre camere hanno due (2) letti singoli, quella stanza con due posti letto (2). La terza camera ha due (2) letti a castello (quattro letti singoli) in modo da camera con quattro posti letto (4). La sala grande ha un divano letto che è un divano e si apre in un materasso matrimoniale con due posti letto (2). Ogni camera ha il suo 'televisore a schermo piatto.

Una delle migliori posizioni sulla montagna. Un vero paradiso sciatori!

In estate, godersi i locali campi da golf, mountain bike, piscina all'aperto, Antiquing e molto altro ancora!

Generally a great stay with the property as advertised. The lift is adjacent to the property, so not quite ski in ski out, but close enough to work out well. Nice accomodations in the condo community and generally an enjoyable stay.

There is a trail which leads to the back of the parking adjacent to our unit. It is directly across the front of our unit. The trails are subject to the weather. There also is a free shuttle when the weather is not accommodating.

MLK Ski Weekend

We had a great time in this nice condo. The complex has a lot to offer, the ski lift at the complex is super convenient. This is my second year in a row staying at this property and it has served my group very well. It's a great spot.

The condo is in a nice development, quiet but close to one of Killington’s base lodges. It is spacious ((8 of us), with good beds. Great stay!

Great location private area away the mountain with easy access

The condo was perfect with a great lay out and 3 bathrooms for our group of 6. The community building was a short walk away to use the hot tub. We would defiantly stay here again.

Fantastic all around!

We had two families staying together, so 8 people total. The ski-in, ski-out location is so easy to pop back in for food and rest, and the condo is beautiful and well-appointed. We had a great time!

Great property with great amenities

Loved the Killington ski in ski out experience. Loved the pool/hot tub. Elliott the owner was very responsive and the condo is kept up very nicely. Would love to return at some time in the future.

Great Location and Accommodating Host

Due to a winter storm we had to adjust the start and end date of our stay. Our host was very accommodating. The location is great. We were able to walk to the ski lift and ski home - this was FANTASTIC. The boot, coat and ski room help keep the rest of the place neat and clean. I hope to come back next year.

God stay

Excellent condo just off sunrise chair. Only thing to beware of is that chair does not run if weather is just a little bit iffy. But super convenient when it is, two minutes from the door. Most importantly for me, is knowing that the owner is accessible and Elliot was super responsive when we had a couple basic questions. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Great place to stay and close to the lift!

6 guys in my group for our annual ski trip. This house was great and fit all of us comfortably. However, our only complaint was that since it was -22 to 5 degrees it would have been nice to have a fireplace to warm us up. When we turned it on, the flame would only reach about 3/4-1". Other than that it was great!

The condo is in an excellent location for skiing and it is very bright and spacious. The owner promptly responded to phone calls and text messages. There were a few things that could be improved upon. The fireplace and one TV were missing remotes and were nonfunctional. The DVD AV jacks could not connect to the TV and was also nonfunctional. Housecleaning services were mediocre.

Thank you for your honest review. Regarding the fireplace, I have gotten in touch with our HVAC man and he will be fixing it soon. We will be replacing the now missing remotes. Sorry about the DVD. We will check it out as soon as possible. Lastly, we have spoken to our cleaner and informed him. Thank you for your patience and balanced response. We are glad you enjoyed the location and the skiing.

Suited 6 guys perfectly.

Fine fit and finish on all things in the unit. Clean, comfortable, roomy. No rental condo "meh" or "dinge" or "funk", which was a surprise. There's typically always a thin layer of ick in these type of units (we certainly expected it), so it was refreshing that all was pretty perfect in that regard. New listing pictures with better lighting would help. Directions were a bit squirrelly, as the printed building number doesn't match Google or Apple Maps, so getting groceries delivered was tricky. What defines "Ski In/Ski Out" is a little puzzling, we had to walk 150 yards to the lift in the morning, though you can ski through the trees into the building parking lot to get back. Ski In...more or less, Ski Out, no way. We were up midweek, so the pool and restaurant were closed most of the time, but we knew this and made do.

Very comfortable apt for party of 5; could use a new dishwasher

Family of four (2 parents and 2 teens) with "auntie" friend. The apartment was very comfortable for us all to cook & eat together, hang out in the spacious living room for reading or movie night. The out door patio was buried in 2 ft of snow (Feb); I can imagine beautiful evening views of the mountains in the summertime. Each of the 3 bedrooms had its own full bath, which was a big plus. The entryway was big enough for us all to pull on our ski boots and prepare to head out onto the slopes. To get to the Sunrise triple lift, we walked through the parking lot, past two other buildings. The things we recommend to the unit owner...the microwave and dishwasher are 20 years old now (date/serial no. from 2005), and should be replaced. The mugs and glasses in the top rack didn’t get fully cleaned, so we had to always double check and hand wash several pieces with each run. The microwave vent ran noisily, and the light underneath - to illuminate the stovetop - was not working. Fridge is new, stove works fine. Rating would be 5-star if these kitchen appliances were fully operational.

Descriptions not aligned with actual experience

We chose this property for a variety of reasons that were not accurately conveyed in the listing. Some are not controllable while others are totally in control of the owner or property manager. Kitchen Cleanliness. The unit was not "clean." It was neat, but the microwave was splattered with the last person's food spray. The filters on the microwave probably have never been cleaned. The dishwasher doesn't clean the items you place in it—items come out with food and a film from the detergent. The stove was not clean either. I doubt the owner has been in the unit in a while and the cleaning service must be rushing through to "neaten" things up, but we had to scrub. With a rating in the 9s, this was very misleading.The unit is in need of general repairs and a refresh. The fireplace (one of the reasons we chose this unit) didn't work. There was a note stating it's going to be serviced, but we had very cold nights and looking forward to a fire and totally disappointed.The fact the unit is listed as ski-on/ski-off - is misleading - they should explicitly state when the ability to ski-on/off is available. We chose this unit so we could ski back for lunch and not use our truck. The trails to ski back to were closed and unable to get to the mountain without using our truck. This limited our time and impacted our schedule greatly.The sheets need to be replaced. They are worn out. This is true of most of the unit's items except the towels.Throw out the old cookware - buy new!

The listing accurately describes the unit. Our high rating comes only from our guests, with eleven 5 star ratings in the last year. Respectfully-it is not misleading. The unit’s heating system provides complete warmth without the fireplace, which is just an aesthetic. We will fix the fireplace jets soon. We visited the unit 3 months ago for a refresh and ensured everything was in working order. Additionally, our property manager inspects the unit biweekly. We disagree with “The unit needs general repairs…” as your comment is unsubstantiated and untrue. When plates are rinsed of major food scraps, the dishwasher works well. The hard mountain water can leave a harmless film of water spots at times. We replace sheets and pillowcases seasonally but keep older ones as backups for same-day turnovers. While we strive for perfection, occasional small misses, one being the bottom of the microwave, can happen. Ski-In, Ski-Out: The lift to all the mountains is about 400 feet from our door which is why we properly call it Ski-In, Ski-Out. We’re sorry that bad rain affected the normal paths, requiring you to drive your truck. Communication: We gave you the 24/7 access cell number of our owner which you chose never to contact until well after your stay. If you call, we can fix all or most issues-except weather.

It met our expectations, but...

I was responsible for coordinating a ski trip (8 total skiers). We booked this unit primarily because it was in walking distance of a ski lift (ski in / ski out). We also liked the fact the unit included indoor/outdoor hot tub and heated indoor pool. We found the gym, pool and hot tubs to be refreshing. The place worked out well for 8 folks and it was as described in the listing. No complaints regarding the unit or its upkeep. The time we did spend in the unit, we were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Just a few things to note: - you may want to bring extra bath towels if you have more than 6 people. Between the pool facilities and showering, there was a shortage of towels. - we went in Feb, and there was very little snow on the slopes. If Bear Mountain is closed, you must drive 15 mins. to another mtn./lift. - if you are interested in night life, you are isolated to the point where it was extremely difficult for us to get taxi services to and from the unit Lastly, I could not recommend this rental to anyone due to my experience after our stay, hence the 2 star rating. I own rental units. I've also used VRBO in the past and will continue to do so. I value good customer service and make it priority #1 for my own tenants. Two weeks after we checked out, I inquired about the status of my security deposit. After multiple my emails were ignored, at week 3, I contact Elliot via his cell phone. He was very short with me. I felt as though I was bothering him. I learned he still didn't send the cleaners (which we paid for) to check out the place and acknowledge everything was in good order. He has been busy with work he said. At week four I contacted his cell again. I heard again, in a snarky tone, how busy he was. He did finally emailed the cleaning service after week 4. It took more than 4 weeks and several attempts to collect my deposit. I find this to be 100% unacceptable and will be looking elsewhere next year when we return to Killington. This isn’t the way I like to do business with people. It was highly disappointing to have to deal with this on the backend.

This was the only renter we have had since we are renting with a problem. His expectations were not met due to the snow, that is not in my control. I can not be responsible for their nightlife. He is the only person to complain and I would never rent to him again. The security deposit was returned 30 days after they left and the cleaning company told me I could do it.

We are a skiing family, and Killington is known as the best mountain in the east. The location is excellent and once the snow falls you don't have to do anything but put on your skis and head down the mountain. The mountain is open for skiing through May most years.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

You can walk (ski) over to the Sunrise chair and access the mountain from there. There is a trail you can use to ski directly to the front of the condo (weather permitting). This condo is spacious and comfortable.
