Amazing place!

We’ve stayed at Chadham by the Sea for 25+ years. This was the best unit we’ve rented. It has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated and peaceful. We’ll be back!

Excellent condo - well appointed/perfect.Location excellent to see Cape Canaveral Space shots(we saw 5)New Smyrna Beach is my favourite Florida location(you name it-I have been there)Activities numerous-we golf and like restaurants.I have must commend the owners on how nicely decorated they made their unit.Thanks for a wonderful time.

This condo was great. It had everything that one could need: large pot for lowcountry boil, blender, immersion blender, beach chairs, etc. The decorations were better than most and the master suite was spectacular with its own loveseat, coffee table and very large bathroom. My only disappointment is that most owners give you a chance to rebook for the same time next year but this condo was not available. I highly recommend this rental. teri

A Delightful Experience

We could not have been more pleased with our stay in this lovely property. We awoke to beautiful sunrises over the ocean and ended our days with stunning sunsets over the inter coastal waterway. Bethune Beach is quiet and peaceful, 1 mile away from the Canaveral Seashore National Park. We were thrilled to watch a rocket launch at Kennedy Space Center from the beach in front of our condo! Our grandchildren loved the children’s bedroom with bunk beds, stocked with books, toys, games, art supplies, and beach and fishing gear for their enjoyment. Alex our host was attentive and helpful, responding quickly to our questions. We look forward to returning to Beside Tranquil Waters next year!

Excellent stay at Chadham by the Sea

The condo was clean and exactly as the pictured upon arrival. There were 4 kids and 3 adults in our party and we had plenty of space. I never felt cramped or uncomfortable. There was adequate seating for meals and enough space to have alone time. The master bedroom was large and had floor to ceiling windows looking out to the ocean. It was so relaxing to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee from the well stocked tea/coffee bar located in the condo. I use VRBO often and this was the first time a condo had a coffee/tea bar that was stocked with coffee and teas. They had a Keurig which was so convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. There were beach toys, DVD's, board games, and puzzles. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was decorated beautifully. I will definitely be renting this condo again.

Didn’t want to leave!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you’d need for a beach vacation. The view is spectacular with a front door view of the Intacoastal and the living area facing the ocean! I loved sitting in the bedroom loveseat every morning watching the sunrise and the ocean. Just across the street is a nice park with a boardwalk overlooking the Intracoastal where we watched manatees and dolphins. Walked to JB’s across the street for sunset and dinner a couple of times. My family came down to visit while I was there and we all had a great time! Plenty of room for everyone. The grandkids loved the heated pool and we played pickleball several times. Alex was very responsive and friendly. Would love to come back again!

Wonderful Beach Condo

This was our 3rd stay at this condo and it was just as good as the first trips. The condo and location are great and Alex is very responsive and easy to work with. We would come back again.

Awesome week!

Our family loved this vacation! It was like having a private beach to ourselves! The condo had everything we needed and was so cute. We will miss sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. Hassle free vacation in every way! Hope to go back!
