Overall, a good stay. Not that far of a walk to Disney. The owner was responsive. There was an issue with the coffee pot not working and they were able to bring out a new one that day. Overall, I would stay there again.

Good property, fun pool and house. Way too many rules and procedures and not everything functioned (coffee maker, dishwasher, hot water, etc).

Thank you so much for choosing to stay in our home. Regarding the city rules, those guidelines are set by the city rather than our company, though we understand how they can affect a stay. We also reviewed our records and did not see any messages from you about items not working. We’re always happy to assist, and most issues can be resolved within an hour so they don’t impact your visit.

Clean house, Host very communicative, nice pool and hot tub, kitchen supplied with necessary items, fun game room, lots of City of Anaheim restrictions.

Thank you for staying with us — we’re glad to hear the house was clean, the pool and hot tub were enjoyable, and that the kitchen and game room had everything you needed. It’s great to know communication felt smooth throughout your stay. We appreciate your note about the City of Anaheim restrictions as well. All permitted short‑term rentals in the city must follow these rules, and while they can feel strict, they’re required for compliance and to keep the home operating legally for future guests. Thank you again for choosing our home. We’re happy you enjoyed your stay overall and would be glad to welcome you back.

Drove in from out of state. Got in a little early, had to wait to check in. Asked if I could get in early never got a call back. Also found issues with ice maker/water dispenser. Wife cleaned it out and we took pictures. Other than that it was a nice clean house.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re glad the home was a good fit for your trip and that you enjoyed your stay overall. Regarding early check‑in, last minute same‑day requests are not reasonable for us to accommodate because our team is actively out in the field preparing homes for arrivals. This is why we weren’t able to respond sooner. Thank you as well for letting us know about the ice maker and water dispenser. We’ve passed this along to our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure it’s fully addressed. We appreciate you choosing our home and hope to welcome you back on a future visit.
