The Palm are incredible! Amazing beachfront stay. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The ocean views were stunning, and the easy beach access made it perfect for relaxing. Waking up to the howler monkeys is such a neat experience.

I had an amazing experience at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure we felt welcome. The views were absolutely stunning, making every moment memorable. I highly recommend visiting if you're looking for a relaxing atmosphere, great service, and beautiful scenery.

Wonderful stay! Villa was spacious and clean and best of all - 10 steps from the beach! Excellent service from the palms concierge and staff. Host was very responsive both before and during our stay for anything we needed! We will definitely be back!

The set up is fantastic. Perfect view of the beach and you’re sitting on the beach seconds after walking out your back door. The home is in excellent condition and the everyone was friendly and helpful.

Villa was very comfortable and relaxing. The property is resort-like, and we thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach. The drinks at the poolside bar, and bartender, were a highlight of our stay! The concierge was wonderful and helped us organize jet ski and fishing expeditions.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location.

Perfect location and beautiful property and unit. A few small repairs needed but overall very happy with our stay. Even the bed was super comfortable.

Beautiful Views

This was our first visit to Costa Rica! The home was spotless and the view of the ocean is incredible. The concierge was very helpful and assisting us with planning a few lovely excursions. There are several nearby locations for dining. We definitely stay here again.

Our family was absolutely taken away by the beautiful villa, the amazing surroundings, and the most wonderful people ever! The resort and villa were even better than the owner's description. We look forward to having our family back here again very soon!

Paradise perfection!

This VRBO rental was fantastic! The location right next to the serene beach was perfect for our crew of 3. The rental itself could use some updates to the plumbing—slow toilets, poor water pressure throughout and some of the showers heads in the master shower need replaced….but all in all….this place is phenomenal! The view and the staff make up for any of the other issues. Truly amazing staff that will help with excursions, restaurant recommendations and travel. We loved it and will definitely come back!

This property was immaculate! The villa itself was clean and well-kept - it had everything that anyone would or could need. The two balconies were amazing - it allowed you to still enjoy the outdoors in the evening or while enjoying your coffee early in the morning. The pool was 20 steps off the patio and the beach 40 steps away. The property itself was very secure and the parking spot (for the car that we rented) was right outside the front door. The gym had all that was needed to maintain your workout. It was well maintained - I saw the staff in there frequently ensuring that it was clean, stocked with towels and everything was in order. The team that maintained the property were a delight to interact with. The grounds were immaculate, there was someone there to provide you with a towel for your lounger, help with the umbrella or water sport equipment and most importantly, make amazingly fresh and well crafted drinks at the pool bar. We had access to the 24/7 concierge via text and they were super responsive to any questions that we had about the property or with food recommendations. We rented a car and used it to get to the grocery store (5-7mins down the beach road). You can also easily access/walk to Coco Loco or the restaurants at Margaritaville. We were a family of 4 (two teenagers) and had ample space to spread out - 3 full bathrooms! We would absolutely rent this villa again - the property, ground and especially the team working onsite were amazing!

The pictures do not do the property justice. The property is beautiful, very clean, very well maintained. We stayed in Villa 5 and felt very much at home. The view from the Villa is really breathtaking. It is very clean and very well equipped We felt very much at home. Would highly recommend The Palms Residence and Villa 5. This was a 5 star experience.
