My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was not only very clean but so convenient to the metro and the Capitol area. The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. When we return to the DC area we would definitely stay there again.

This is a great property in absolutely the best location. Nearly everything was perfect from check in to check out. Great communication with respect for privacy, easy to walk to numerous restaurants and attractions, and a nice at-home feeling. We will definitely return. The only improvement that could be made would be a stronger shower head. Removing the flow restrictor would probably do the trick.

Beautiful, convenient, and cozy. Right down to the comfy afghans to snuggle under. Kitchen is well stocked and was able to make a nice steak dinner for us. Would absolutely recommend!

The unit was clean and well stocked. And in a great location. Communication was very good. Comfortable bed and plenty of room for luggage and dresser drawers for clothing. Nicely decorated with a little European flair.

My wife and I were so pleased with this rental. It was beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located. Everything in DC and capital hill was inside a 20 minute walk, many places were much closer than that. We loved the property and will definitely be back. The renter was so kind and helpful also. 10/10 and 5 stars all around.

Place was very clean. The host was very nice and communicative! Perfect location to see all the monuments. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked to do some cooking. They did offer off street parking, which was perfect for me!

The outdoor garden view and indoor elegant style impress us a lot. The place is clean and tidy. These details help us to enjoy our first trip in Washington DC. The host prepares the list of nearby restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. She replies our message and concern in timely method. Unit was clean and in a perfect location for our needs. We ate at Bullfrathers down the street twice. Food was amazing. Highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay near the Metro and Capital.

I have tried to post this a couple of times, maybe this time it will take! These were PERFECT guests. The numerical rating is a mistake, we are working with VRBO to get it changed. Two ladies, extremely quiet, we hardly knew they were around, and they left the place as neat as a pin. I WOULD rent to them again.

This rental was an excellent experience. Clarifying questions I had when preparing for trip were promptly and accurately addressed with owner. Check in was a breeze and the property was as I expected after reading its description. Property was well equipped, really did not lack anything. Would certainly stay again, terrific neighborhood
