Questa meravigliosa casa su un unico livello vanta 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni completi, oltre a una piccola area bonus con TV e divano, che può ospitare fino a 10 dei tuoi amici e familiari più stretti. All'arrivo salite sul grande ponte avvolgente e dirigetevi verso la porta d'ingresso - entrerete nella grande sala con una linea a vista sulla zona giorno con soffitti a volta, una bellissima roccia di fiume, camino a gas, schermo piatto TV e posti a sedere confortevoli. Preparare i pasti per il gruppo sarà un gioco da ragazzi nella cucina ben fornita con una gamma di gas e controsoffitti di piastrelle. Inizia con la colazione del mattino al tavolo da pranzo in stile fattoria, poi termina la giornata facendo un passo fuori sul ponte per grigliare la cena sul barbecue a gas e cenare ai due tavoli patio. Dopo un bagno sotto le stelle nella vasca idromassaggio privata, dirigiti verso l'interno per una buona notte di sonno. 1 camera da letto ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, mentre la camera da letto 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e una doppia a castello, ideale per una giovane famiglia. Le 2 camere da letto rimanenti ciascuna hanno un letto matrimoniale. great stay

The property was absolutely perfect for eight adults and two children. We loved the four bedrooms AND four bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the supplies to cook.

Great property with a perfect layout for multiple couples or large family. 4 bedrooms plus 4 bathrooms. Loved the ping pong table and bicycles. Also liked the northern sunriver location close to the northern entrance. It made our frequent trips to Bend easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again.

We are a group in our 70s staying at Splitrock 13 for our annual family reunion. This place met our needs very well. It was clean, had a complete kitchen, good entertainment system, and lots of space to stretch out in. We will come back again next year. But there are a few things we all agree could be improved:The dining room has a picnic table with benches to sit on. The hallway throw rugs are a tripping hazard. One bathroom fan was stalled and would not operate. There was no sink stopper or liquid dish detergent.

Sunriver family week

Great house!! The 2 bedrooms with king beads were perfect for our daughters and their spouses and little kids and the 2 queen bedrooms were great for the couples without kids. Super close to the store, quiet neighborhood. We loved it!!!

Quick family getaway. Some had been before others had not. Loved all amenities and options for activities. Just wish this property had privileges to The Cove and/or SHARC. Description of rental should spell out non-access.

Loved this house

This house was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. And, because we are all getting a little older, we appreciated that the entire home is on one level. The home was clean, comfortable and not too fussy. The couches were comfortable as were the beds. The location was excellent and very quiet. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here on our next visit to Sunriver.

Sunriver getaway

This is a well located large home the comfortably accommodated our large family. Kitchen was well stocked and pots and pans were in great condition. The beds in the two suites were too soft for our liking and two of the three couches in the living room are broken down and need replaced or cushions restuffed, something.

House was very clean, and they were good to communicate with. Nothing bad to say at all and worked really good for us as each room essentially had its own bath. My only suggestion would be to leave some kind of cleaners out to wipe down counters etc. We wound up dust buying some spray cleaner at the local store and were able to get the same one we use at home so not really a big deal. Thanks again.

Perfect floor plan for our group

We had a fun mix of young couples and older couples in this house and the great separation of living spaces worked out wonderfully. The kitchen was big and very well stocked with every cooking appliance and gadget imaginable. Tons of extra bedding and towels which is always appreciated. Very comfortable home and even without AC in the middle of July it stayed fairly cool. Enjoyed staying here and it worked very well for us.
