Godetevi comfort accogliente durante la lettura o guardare la TV dal camino a gas in soggiorno. La nostra cucina e zona pranzo all'aperto è ideale per la famiglia e gli amici, con il calore di un camino a gas e posteriore vista ponte deserto. La nostra cucina è l'ideale per la cottura con apparecchi di fascia superiore e più tutto il necessario per preparare e servire i pasti con.

La nostra sala giochi è dotata di una grande TV, tavolo palla Foos, tavolo shuffleboard, freccette e sistema Xbox Kinetic. Non sarete mai a corto di divertimento qui. Il nostro ponte posteriore ha una vasca idromassaggio con un muro di privacy.

Sunriver ha ottimi ristoranti per la prima colazione, il pranzo e la cena. Il Sunriver Village ha grandi specialità negozi, ristoranti e tutto l'anno intrattenimento. Il centro acquatico Sunriver, SHARC, è aperto tutto l'anno e dotate di avventure interne e all'aperto tutta la famiglia godrà. Le attività all'aperto sono infinite con 3 campi da golf da campionato, 30 chilometri di sentieri / in bicicletta pavimentati incredibilmente curati, 29 campi da tennis, gommone, canoa o pescare sul campo Sun River, equitazione, parco giochi e sport. Endless !!

Sunriver si trova a 15 miglia da Mt Bachelor, una destinazione sciistica importante per sciatori e snowboarder di tutti i livelli. La città di Bend è a soli 15 chilometri di distanza e che caratterizzano molte esperienze meravigliose ristoranti, outlet e specialità di shopping e svago.

We had 9 people on our trip and we could all comfortably stay at this house. Great place for larger gatherings. Lots of different areas to hangout and we really enjoyed sitting on the back patio.

Kitchen was well stocked which was appreciated. The bed downstairs was rather lumpy unfortunately. In our past Sunriver visits the house came with the SHARC badges on lanyards, but this house only had tickets good for one visit. Don’t know if the badges are still used. Beautiful home and LARGE. Plenty of space for everyone. Master suite was stunning. We will return.

We enjoyed our 1 week stay in this large, well appointed home. Great communication with the owner and very clean & comfortable home. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and that we had what we needed to cook our meals. Also appreciated the neighborhood was quiet and the whole rear of the house had wonderful forest views. It was conveniently located near highway 97 and easier to get to Bend from there. Also it’s very close to 2 markets, a great brew pub and the water park. We floated the river twice on paddle boards, kayaks, rafts & tubes, we hiked to the river rapids and a waterfall, and we explored the lava tube. What a great place to experience all of that! Would definitely want to come back. Thank you Kate!

Wonderful Sun River Home

Beautiful home located in sun river. Host was very kind and responsive, and the house worked out great for a friends trip. Home was clean, well stocked, and was perfect for our group of 8 people. Would absolutely stay here again.

Kate (the owner) was so nice to communicate with and we appreciated her getting back to us promptly! This home was so well stocked and very clean! Our family made many memories enjoying the game room and ping pong table. We highly recommend this home and are hoping to return someday!

Great weekend getaway.

Stayed here with some friends for a weekend trip. The house was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and spending time outdoors. We saw several deer, along with a family of raccoons from the back porch as well. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

A New Favorite!

We have stayed in SunRiver many times over the last 20 years, and this house is the cleanest we've ever stayed in! The kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes and things we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner, the main floor layout gave us space to spread out and read, watch TV, etc., and we loved playing shuffleboard and foosball. The owner is kind and both check-in and check-out are a breeze. This home is definitely on the list of favorites and highly recommended!

False Advertising - NO pool, NOT family friendly

The house is nice and big and our issues were not with the house or location but with the owner. The listing had advertised a pool. When I heard from the owner about the check in she did not mention a pool so I asked her directly about it. She responded very coldly and said something along the lines of there are pools around, but the rental did not include any pool access. I contacted VRBO and they were very helpful and understanding. The next day we were given 8 one-day passes for SHARC. (The owner acted like this was out of the kindness of her heart, but ultimately it was because I complained to VRBO.) The stay was fine, no issues, but a few days after I received a nasty text from the owner saying that her house had never been left so filthy. Which is just a lie. I have rented many houses before and always have received good reviews from owners. We meticulously did everything on the check out list and put everything back where we found it. Her main issue was that there were finger prints on the sliding glass door and that was unacceptable. She advertised the home as family friendly and I was upfront about the ages of our kids (9,6,4,2) when I booked. I’m shocked that children’s fingerprints on a window would warrant a house being described as filthy. Ultimately, a beautiful property but with an owner I would never rent from again.

Our annual girls' trip was a blast, and this home was such a big part of that! Everything was just as advertised in the photos. The place was spotless, the linens smelled nice, and there were plenty of space to have conversations, eat meals, and so much more. Even the silverware was of very good quality. We had fun playing on the shuffleboard table and even tried our hand at darts. The location was perfect as well. Close enough to the Sunriver village, but far enough for peace and quiet. It's a serene neighborhood, and this property backs up to land that is not occupied, giving a sense of being farther away than you are.The hot tub was clean and hot, and the home was cool and comfortable. I just can't recommend this home more! Thank you for having us!

Cozy and Fun Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great family trip! We cooked TG dinner in the very well-stocked kitchen, conversed by the cozy fireplaces (nice not to have to worry about bringing/chopping wood), played darts, shuffleboard, and foosball in the game room, and relaxed in the jacuzzi. Easy check-in and no issues at all during our stay. The backyard view is beautiful and we even got to see some deer walking by. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great Shuffle board table

It’s like that Toby Keith song “as good as I once was”. We stayed here a few years ago and had a great time. This last time was not the same. Needs an update and some TLC maintenance in a lot of areas.

Wonderful and spacious home with attention to decor. High end appliances, furniture, gas fireplaces, and wonderful beds in all bedrooms. Three bathrooms makes it a fabulous group gathering. Will return many times to this terrific rental which feels like home!

Getaway

The owner was extremely helpful and even allowed us a late checkout-making life so much mor convenient. The kitchen was filled with utensils and other important essential ingredients we had forgotten. The home is very peaceful set in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the wooded backdrop. Plenty of animal life finished the feeling of serenity and calm. One drawback is the lack of modern electronics or access to streaming on the televisions. The kitchen faucet was difficult to operate and achieving hot or cold water was a task due to its poor functionality; sometimes the handle falling forward and shutting off water completely. Overall, a wonderful home with deceptive roominess-more than appears at first glance. Great separation of space as well. In spite of some lack of updates and a repair, our time in this home was pleasant and would recommend to others.

THANKSGIVING - Covid Times!

This is our 2nd time at this property and we absolutely love it! The layout and size of the home is perfect for 2 families. The 2 living spaces allow for Christmas movie watching in one area and non-stop football in the other :). The location is quiet and lovely. Everything about this home is awesome. We will be back next year! Cheers to 2021!

The place was simply amazing. The backyard is never-ending as the property sits at the edge of Sunriver. Close to stores and super close to Bend. The inside is also great. Large beautiful kitchen, play room with games, two fire places. Highly recommend.
