Questo è un cottage sulla spiaggia rialzato completamente ristrutturato e andando nella mia terza estate per affitti vrbo. Di recente ho rifatto il mazzo e i passaggi. Abbiamo anche aggiunto una doccia in fondo ai gradini della spiaggia. Non puoi letteralmente essere più vicino alla spiaggia e ascoltare le onde che si infrangono sulla riva. L'ho reso il più confortevole possibile con una grande TV a schermo piatto montata sul muro in tutte le camere, wifi gratuito e Netflix forniti. Ci sono 3 camere da letto con soppalco aggiuntivo e 2 1/2 bagni. Può ospitare 10 persone comodamente. King in master, 2 gemelli, regina al piano di sotto, futon matrimoniale (soppalco) e divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Ho anche un pacchetto n gioco per bambini e un materasso per bambini aggiuntivo (per fare un pallet sul pavimento). Sul ponte sul retro ci sono sedie e tavoli con altezza balcone, nonché una panca aliante, un grande dispositivo di raffreddamento e una griglia per il tuo divertimento. La spiaggia ti sta chiamando!

Furniture old and broken, both inside the house as well as furniture on the patio. We couldn’t even use the umbrella because it was ripped and broken.. Leaking sink that flooded the kitchen. Lights were not functioning properly and too dark to even walk down the stairs

The sink flooded because someone had put a knife in the garbage disposal & as soon as I was told about this I had someone over to replace (matter of a couple hours). Also, none of the furniture are broken nor outdated. The outside umbrella (& everything on the beach) take a beating & I will look & replace it.

Excellent location. Only a few steps to the beach and 5 - 15 minute drive to ANYTHING you want to do. Booked a fishing trip and ate most of our stay on our catch!

This property needs improvement to get excellent ratings. Start upstairs the bedroom with the loft hottest room, needed two extra fans to keep it comfortable. The palm bladed ceiling fans need to go. The do not move air. Need fans with pitch to blades. The missing door in joint bathroom needs to be put back, better privacy. The shower head needs to be replaced. The control for it broke off. Need better balcony furniture. No problems with second bedroom. Downstairs the back room is not a bedroom, it has a rolling clothes rack. The closet has hot water tank and other items in it. Makes it a utility closet. The bathroom ok. Washer and dryer worked but not the best. The kitchen is a one maybe two person kitchen very small. Had to clean everything we used from cabinets because of sheet rock dust. Whoever repaired kitchen ceiling not good, did not protect anything. Electrical outlet at bottom of stairway sticking out at least an inch from wall. Living room furniture getting dated. Outdoor furniture needs replaced high back chairs very loose. Other deck chairs welds are breaking not in best shape. Storage space downstairs needs to be cleaned out. There is so much old stuff there is no room for new renters. Needs cleaned out. These are things we noticed during our week there. Upgrades would get you to excellent ratings.

Very nice duplex. Location is away from public access so our beach time was not crowded. House was clean and exactly what we wanted.

Beach house

The house was in a great location, we had a little issue with ants , but as soon as I contacted the owner he had someone come out and spray . Well stocked with cookware and even had items to use at the beach .

EXCELLENT BEACH ACCESS!

2nd stay here and as before, did not disappoint! Aside from a couple minor hiccups like a missing TV remote, and water leak the day prior to leaving, the stay was fabulous! Will be back!

Great location on the beach

Well-equipped kitchen with the essentials. Beach chairs and toys available. Beach is your backyard. Not crowded at all.

Very Cute Beach House!

The beach house location was very nice and not crowded with people. Restaurants and souvenir shops were right down the road and things to do was a short drive. The owner was excellent in communicating with us and accommodating our needs while at the beach house. While there, the refrigerator decided to retire and the owner had it replaced immediately with a new one. I highly recommend staying here and we will return for another vacation stay

First time staying in Gulf Shores

This was my family’s first time staying in Gulf Shores and we really enjoyed it! The duplex met all of our needs with plenty of room for everyone! We had the beach to ourselves at times and when there were other people we weren’t crowded together like when renting a condo. The duplex is also conveniently located to the town with shops and restaurants. The owner was easily accessible to answer any questions when needed. We would definitely recommend this duplex and Gulf Shores as a great place to vacation!

Great location right on the beach

This location made our trip fun for the entire family! We could spend the day on the beach without having to pack up the entire house. It was comfortable for 2 families that included young children, a young adult, parents, and grandparent. A few things may need to be updated, but we didn't have any major issues. Property owner was super responsive before and during the trip. The location is away from the busy part of the beach, but close enough for a quick drive to great restaurants and activities. Overall it was a great place for a family vacation.

Family vacation

The house needs a deep cleaning, but was ok to stay in. Dust on everything, the rug in living room was very dirty, mildew all over exterior doors but the bathrooms and bedrooms seemed clean. It is very small on the inside- appears much larger in the pictures. The loft area is only accessible from the master bedroom which is great if you have small kids, not so great if you have teenagers. The outside deck serves the purpose but quite a few of the chairs are very wobbly and we were a bit unsure of sitting in them. The location was great though. Our beach area wasn’t crowded even on the 4th of July and there was ample parking. Overall the house is good. Just needs some things cleaned and updated. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and quickly sent over a broom and light bulbs (lots of lights were out and no broom to sweep up the sand) when I texted her.

Not very clean

There was black dog hair on the floor and den rug. The den rug was stained and dirty. The windows needed cleaning. There were not enough towels and washcloths. The yards were trashy and littered. There was standing water in the driveway. It was too expensive of a rent for the accommodations. The carport areas needed sweeping and the washing machine had mildew around rim. Also, there were missing light bulbs in all of the bathrooms.

The unit is as described - 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. (The loft overlooks the master bedroom and the stairs to access it are extremely steep.)Kitchen is supplied with basics. The location is perfect and just at the bottom of the stairs is sand : )The cleanliness of the property was VERY LACKING. There are switches on the walls that don’t do anything. There was no outside lighting on the “B” side under the home or outside the door which can make for a treacherous stair climb. The ceiling fan didn’t work in downstairs bedroom. Someone needs to put lightbulbs in the fixtures - NONE of the fixtures have all the bulbs needed. The downstairs bathroom has a leak from the toilet. Overall - it fit the bill for a vacation but would not stay at this property again.
