Questa meravigliosa casa è comoda per TUTTE le location dei tornei di baseball giovanili sia a Cooperstown che a Oneonta. Situato direttamente sulla tranquilla insenatura del lago Goodyear. Open Concept Contemporary - Clean - Cozy - Spaziosa casa con molta luce naturale.
Pesca - Nuoto - Nautica - Il kayak è appena fuori dalla tua porta!

A pochi minuti da Cooperstown, DreamsPark e Baseball Hall of Fame, Soccer Hall of Fame, Glimmerglass Opera House, Famers Museum, Finnimore Art Museum, Otesaga Golf Club and resort e due college vicini. Non ti mancheranno mai le cose da fare.

La nostra splendida casa sul lago è completamente arredata e dotata di ogni vostra esigenza. Sono inclusi tutti i comfort: lenzuola, asciugamani, stoviglie, pentole, TV, cavo, internet, stereo, coperta, canoe e kayak, bacino di pesca e zattera in acqua.

Questa casa ha 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi. Un sacco di spazio nell'armadio. Il bagno principale della suite ha una vasca idromassaggio e box doccia separato. Un ampio soggiorno aperto ha molto spazio e posti a sedere comodi. C'è anche un ulteriore estraibile regina / divano nel soggiorno. Al piano superiore è uno spazio ufficio con un futon full size. La cucina ha tutti i comfort moderni con un grande bancone e sgabelli da bar.

Barche a bizzeffe! Abbiamo 2 canoe, un kayak e una barca a remi per te e forniamo persino canne da pesca. L'ampio cortile è perfetto per crocchette o badminton - set forniti. Il lago è un grande ponte soleggiato e un ampio cortile verde. Prendere il sole o pescare dal nostro bel molo. Rannicchiarsi con un buon libro o fare un pisolino sul ponte posteriore. Una griglia a gas è prevista per i cookouts e un pozzo del fuoco per i fuochi.

Questa è una fetta di paradiso. Non vorrai andartene! Un ottimo rifugio per la tua famiglia mentre i giovani non giocano a baseball. Un buon R&R vecchio stile ti aspetta!

The home was lovely and the setting is beautiful. Susan was very responsive when we had questions. We stayed while our son played at Dreams Park and the drive to the fields was very easy. We enjoyed the kayaks and the large back yard very much.

Stay was great. Had a great time on the lake while we were not at Cooperstown. There was no AC, but the weather was great and it was not needed.

Glad you had a nice vacation. BTW , there is an air conditioning unit in the master bedroom for when it’s needed but usually the ceiling fan does the job.

Beautiful location on the lake and is indeed close to all the baseball. It is definitely a house in the relative woods, complete with all the bugs and spider webs. The furniture is well kept but not super comfortable and the only windows that were covered were in the bathrooms. Host was gracious and kitchen was fairly well stocked. Watercraft and yard games were appreciated. WiFi was good.

Hi Kencee, Glad you enjoyed your time at the Lakehouse. We loved the photos of kids catching fireflies. It is a house on a lake so there will be bugs accordingly! There’s plenty of bug spray in the garage. I don’t know if you saw that. Also, there are shades in the bedrooms, not just the bathrooms. The windows with views by of the water is one of the features that our guests love. 💕

All around amazing stay! My 12 year old played at All Star Village the first week of summer 2026 and I (single mom) stayed with my 14 year old son on property. We took the boats out, went swimming and caught fish. The house had everything you would need and more. Beautiful location - like 15 mins to CASV and 25 to Cooperstown. Great and peaceful location! I would highly recommend! Thx to the host for a great vacation!

Stayed at this beautiful lake front property while in town playing at Cooperstown. Had all the comforts of home plus more. Very easy check-in and checkout. Very clean, and all of the boats kept my family entertained when not on the field. We had a campfire and BBQ on our final night with another family, many fish were caught and drinks were had. What a fantastic place to stay, greatful to have found the listing.

My family and I had a blast at Susan’s Lake house. It was the perfect retreat to come back to after long days of baseball. My son was sad that he had to bunk at Cooperstown instead of being able to stay with us here. Many amazing memories made for sure.

Great stay

The house was perfect. It was close to the park and after a long day there it was perfect to just come back and cool off in the lake.

Peaceful lake getaway

We had a wonderful stay on the lake! It was so nice to have a place to relax and get away from the intensity of CASV. All the access to kayaks and canoes was a wonderful bonus.

Perfect location and fishing from the dock.

Great location. Beautiful lake. Fishing was awesome right from the dock. Plenty of space for our family of five. We had a great time.

Beautiful Little Spot

This is a great location as it sits in the back of a quiet cove on Goodyear Lake. It is very relaxing and was a very nice respite from the hectic schedule of baseball at All Star Village.

Nice break from the park

We were there to watch our son play at Dreams park and it was exactly what we were looking for. A break for us to relax by the lake. Everything we needed plus a bald eagle!

Cooperstown Stay

The view of the lake was great. Check in was a breeze. About 15 minutes to Dreams Park and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Lake cabin

Our stay there was wonderful. The owner Susan kept in touch with us. It's a beautiful place close to everything we wanted to do. We felt so comfortable there. Loved it!

Perfect home for our week at Cooperstown All Star Village!

The home was perfect! The beds were comfy, things were clean and the lake is a bonus! We caught a bunch of fish. The mornings are beautiful!

Comfortable home in a pretty setting

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse. We kayaked and fished in between baseball games at the All Star Village. We even found a great running trail right down the street from the house that went around part of Goodyear Lake. We had a great stay!

Perfect lake house!

This was the perfect lake house for our trip to Cooperstown! It was the most beautiful, peaceful setting and only a 15 minute east drive to CASV. The cottage was well stocked, clean, with tons of water toys. Would highly recommend this house for cooperstown families or anyone looking for a great vacation!

This is a super area to be in summer, winter, spring or fall. There is always tons to do and the beauty surrounding the house is beyond description. At the end of our road you will find NY State forest land with great hiking trails!
