We had a wonderful stay at this Folly Beach vacation rental! It was the perfect place to bring our dog, with easy access to both the beach and nearby restaurants. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was well-stocked with everything our family needed for a relaxing week at the beach. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Folly Beach.

Great location. Easy walk to beach and main street. Perfect for 3 people. Lovely covered patio to listen to sounds of the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Teresa was very thoughtful and responsive. Will be staying there again!

Very cute property that had everything we needed for a fun getaway weekend! It’s not far from the beach, and Teresa had lots of extra beach items (wagon, chairs, towels, etc) that was so helpful since we had flown in. There is no laundry on site, but that was no problem since we were only there for a few days. Would definitely recommend this property, and Teresa as a host!

Cozy and Perfect Location

We loved our stay! Location wise we were far enough for some peace and quiet but within walking distance of everything. My daughter loved the outside shower and all the little touches that made this stay so special.

This was our second girls escape to Lil Pearl and it was great! Everything you need is within walking distance. House is clean, stocked with everything you need and the beds are super comfortable.

Great fall vacation spot!

I rented this cottage for my parents who came to visit for Thanksgiving with their dog. They loved the location, and all of the little touches offered by Theresa. They had a great time!

Best Weekend Getaway

Lil Pearl was the perfect cottage for our weekend away. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed the island for two whole days. It was perfectly located and so close to the beach!! If you want a quintessential beach weekend, This place is it!

A great little beach house

The Lil' Pearl was a sweet little beach house and was fully equipped with anything we might need. We were able to walk to the beach and to the downtown area to find places to eat. My husband and I enjoyed our get-away.

The cute little cottage was perfect for our short stay at Folly Beach. We came for the 4th of July fireworks -that were cancelled - but enjoyed our stay nevertheless. Cottage is as described online. Beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed.

Fine Time at Folly Beach

Lil Pearl is cozy, beachy, short walk to Folly Beach and the legendary Bert’s Market. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, parking for 2 vehicles..outdoor shower, beach chairs, beach wagon & covered porch were nice amenities.

Had such a great stay!

The Lil' Pearl is such a great location. Walking distance to Bert's, the beach is super close and the main drag of town. It was extremely clean and had anything you would need. The outside seating area and the outdoor shower was perfect. I will definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to other people.

Hi Ben, I hope you are well! I can finally sit at my desk after that crazy storm in Oct. and catch up with everybody. Thank heavens the "Lil nPearl" suffered only the 2 storm doors being damaged. Other than that she "stood firm". lol I do want to thank you for taking the time to comment so nicely on your stay. That really makes my day, as I want my guests to be comfortable and glad they selected this property. I would love for you guys to come back and I hope to make your visit even better.
