Casa privata!!
Questo 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno di casa nella zona meridionale vicino a Ojochal è situato su un altopiano con vista mozzafiato sulle montagne.

Le camere sono dotate di nuovi condizionatori d'aria, armadi, lenzuola, cuscini, asciugamani e televisori con lettori DVD.

Camera 1 ha un letto full size.

Camera 2 ha un letto full size e un letto matrimoniale.

Letto matrimoniale extra fuori dalle camere da letto.

Il soggiorno ha un letto singolo, un tavolo da pranzo con 4 sedie, una comoda area salotto con televisore e lettore DVD, non c'è la tv satellitare. Tutti i TV hanno netflix

Una cucina completa con fornello a gas, forno a microonde, frigorifero / freezer di dimensioni complete, caffettiera, macchina del riso, tostapane, piatti, bicchieri, pentole e padelle per tutte le esigenze di cottura.

Ci sono 4 tavoli sulla proprietà, ognuno con 4 posti a sedere; all'interno, ponte anteriore, ponte posteriore e lato piscina.

Ci sono un assortimento di film in DVD, giochi da tavolo e carte. La casa è dotata di WiFi in modo da poter controllare la posta elettronica, navigare sul web, streaming video online e controllare la vita a casa.

Sul portico anteriore ci sono due aree salotto dove è possibile godersi il panorama con il caffè del mattino o semplicemente rilassarsi con un libro.

La piscina è 24x10 e profonda circa 5 piedi con un patio piastrellato. C'è una doccia esterna per il lavaggio a bordo piscina.

Abbiamo una griglia a gas per cucinare fuori.

Nella parte anteriore della cantina è una lavatrice e asciugatrice
C'è anche una linea di vestiti sul retro della casa. L'essiccatore come costo aggiuntivo di $ 19. 00 per l'uso di propano.

Intorno alla proprietà è possibile visualizzare molti bellissimi fiori e alberi da frutto. Ci sono frutta di stella, mango, moma chino, limon e avocado sul lato anteriore della casa. Tucani e pappagalli si fermano ogni giorno mangiando frutta sugli alberi.

Fantastic property in a very peaceful location. House is very well equipped. Was a great location to explore Corcavado and Uvita beaches. Great communication with hosts and property manager. Loved it here, waking up surrounded by nature.

Le paradis

Un magnifique séjour. Maison entourée d’arbres avec toutes sorte d’oiseaux. Très privée et sans nuisances sonores. Située à distance raisonnable des plages des villes et des parcs. A proximité des commerces pour les achats du quotidien. L’équipement est parfait que cela soit pour la cuisine et les activités récréatives du dehors. La piscine très bien entretenue ( 2xsemaine)et suffisamment grande pour nager. Le ménage est effectué une fois la semaine, ce qui est parfait. Que dire de plus si ce n’est que nous avons séjourné trois mois dans cette location et que sans aucun doute elle à été de loin la plus correspondante à nos attentes. Nous avons voyagé de long en large au Costa Rica et la région de Très Rios où est située cette location est pour nous la plus belle . Cette région est très boisée et regorge d’animaux pour les amoureux de nature. En résumé merci pour ce séjour. 👍

Great place, very well equipped, fantastic views. If you’re not a morning person (like me) would suggest bringing earplugs because there’s a noisy rooster that comes to visit starting at 04;30!. Lots of birds, butterflies and other wildlife. Owner very accessible.

A beautiful setting!

This home is conveniently located & not difficult to find. There is a steep drive, so 4WD is advised for vehicles. The home features good ventilation and has almost every convenience that one might want when visiting. Being rather tall, the furniture was a bit low for me, but it should suit 95% of people just fine. We especially enjoyed the pool, and managed to make time for a plunge almost 3X/day! We offer our appreciation and thanks to the owners for helping to make our visit a good one...

Stunning!

Gorgeous house in an amazing location. The area is central to great beaches and tours whilst being remote enough to be away from the crowds. The house is extremely well stocked with linen, towels, a great kitchen and various seating areas. The pool and garden are a massive treat. We were 4 adults and 2 ones and it was a fantastic base for quality family time.

The owners were fantastic and very communicative, their home is well-stocked with everything you could need. The a/c’s in the bedrooms ensured for a very comfortable night’s sleep. The pool is beautiful and overlooks the neighboring mountains!

Un très bon choix

Un site super agréable au sein de montagnes et tout près de la mer. Paisible et isolée, la maison est super bien équipée à tout point de vue (intérieur et extérieur).Nous y étions pour trois semaines du 21 février au 11mars. C'est ne période très chaude et de grande chaleur.À ne pas recommander durant cette période à ceux et celles qui composent difficilement avec 33' .Mais nous avons gandement apprécié notre seéjour à cause de la qualité de l'envrironnement, la gentillesse des Ticos, l'éloignement de la "faune touristique" et la proximité des plages et de la mer du Pacifique-sud. Enfin nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la grande disponibilité de la gérante des lieux Paméla

Beautiful, clean, convenient

This home is in a beautiful setting. It has every convenience. Beautiful macaws and other tropical birds in the trees constantly. It is secluded yet convenient. The owner was so helpful and kind. I hope to be able to return again soon.

OUTSTANDING VIEWS MANY NEARBY BEACHES

Outstanding place to decompress and get away from it all. Enjoyed beautiful sunrises over the mountains each morning with my coffee by the pool. Watching parrots, toucans and listening to howler monkeys each day is an amazing experience. Beautiful beaches are a close drive. Well maintained home with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

SUPER LOCATION

Nous avons passé 13 jours dans cette location en février, nous avons adoré...La maison possède tout le confort et la propreté pour se sentir comme à la maison, la piscine est un plus appréciable après une bonne journée de randonné avec une vue formidable. Une voiture est indispensable pour visiter les alentours et pouvoir aller faire quelques courses juste à l'entrée du village qui possède tout ce dont on à besoin. Et pour ceux qui n'aime pas cuisiner de nombreux petits restaurants à l'entrée du village et aux alentours pas très chers et très bons. Un super bowling pour se faire une petite soirée juste à l'entrée du village. Nous remercions Steve qui est vraiment très disponible sur place pour répondre à toutes les questions et les problèmes que vous pourriez rencontrer sur place...alors un grand merci à lui. Je recommande cette location à tous les amoureux de la nature du calme et du dépaysement et sans problème avec des enfants.

Costa Rica Travel

If there was a better than 5 Star Rating I would have given it to these great owners. Being that we were first time travelers they were so helpful with all our questions. The pool was awesome. House was great. There is so much to do in that beautiful country. The 360 view is incredible. I would recommend this home to everyone I know!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! RELAX WITH INCREDIBLE VIEWS!!

This was one of the best vacations I have ever been on! The property is private and tranquil and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. It felt amazing to “unplug” and relax for a week. The house is very clean and well maintained. The pool was a perfect size and very clean as well. Poolside is where we spent most of our time. The drive from San Jose Airport was easy and gave us the opportunity to stop at different beaches along the highway. We never felt the need to leave the house, but we did explore Manuel Antonio National Park (where I saw my first sloth), Dominical, and local restaurants. There is also a small grocery store close to the property, which we found convenient. I would definitely recommend this property and will be back. It’s perfect for a couple, family, or friends getaway.

First Time in Costa Rica

I spent 10 days in Costa Rica and 6 days at this home. The site is located on a hillside with great views of the surrounding area and close to the ocean. It was clean, comfortable beds with good mattress, spacious kitchen area with everything needed for cooking. The pool was also clean and refreshing. Restaurants, stores and sightseeing activities are all within driving distance. During days trips we did see monkeys and especially a large assortment of tropical birds. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

EXCELLENT PLACE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!*

I stayed here in October and am amazed at the views and living area in the house. I highly recommend this place if you looking for a quite get-a-away. Pool is great and the views are SPECTACULAR. House is clean and well maintained. Exploring is easy and local waterfalls make this place a must stay. I travel with my wife frequently all over the world and this is one of our favorites. We will be back for sure. ;)
