It was easy access to everywhere we needed to go. The house came well stocked with snacks, bathroom supplies and games for the kids. The beds were comfortable and had tvs in each room which was great.

This property more than met our expectations. We were traveling with a group ages 2 though 86 and the house had accommodations to fit everyone’s needs. The host is very responsive to messaging. I’m not sure I’ve stayed at a property with a better stocked kitchen! We would definitely stay here again.

The cozy cottage is such a fitting name. My husband and boys stayed here for the Indy 500. The place was sparkling clean and they enjoyed their stay. My husband also commented on how comfortable the bed was. We would recommend to others looking for a safe and clean place to stay.

House was great and everything was clean. Julie really goes out of her way to make sure that travelling with children is much easier on the parents. She even brought over a baby monitor for us at night. Would definitely stay here again. Julie had thoughtful conveniences sprinkled throughout the hosue for the guests. Location is great, close to a Kroger grocery store for easy pickups for things you forgot and resturants close by for food.

The house was so cozy but yet spacious. The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. She had everything you could need. I was able to make cake for the family Christmas party. I loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay

Convenient location to Indy and outlets. Room for family with food provided. The kids really enjoyed the large backyard. Cottage is very clean with comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

Cottage Comfort

We traveled to visit ill family members, and it was so comforting to return each evening to the Cozy Cottage where all of the comforts of home could be enjoyed.

Thanks so much for having the cozy cottage ready. We rested well although we had the huge snowfall

The house was warm and welcoming. It was so thoughtful that you had the eggs, milk and bread already stocked. We enjoyed our weekend at the cozy cottage.

Awesome experience!

We stayed at Julie's house while visiting family nearby. Julie's house was even better than described-it was so much like home! It had everything that anyone could need! The beds were comfortable, the house was decorated nicely, and the kitchen was stocked with snacks and spices. She even had food and drink for us in the fridge! We will definitely stay here again when we visit!

Our family stayed here while we were in town for the Final Four. It’s a straight shot from this house to Lucas Oil Stadium; one of our family members dropped us off at the stadium and from loading the car to being inside the stadium was about 35 minutes. Julie responded quickly to our communications. We used the kitchen a lot, and it had all we needed in terms of bakeware and servingware. The house is accommodating for young children; it had a high chair, toddler servingware, and lots of kids books. The furniture was an older style, but in excellent condition. The propane grill worked great for grilling our hamburgers. We have stayed at other B&B’s that were stingy with supplies (e.g.. paper towels, dish detergent, toilet paper, etc.) but that was not the case here; there was plenty. Walmart, Aldi, Kroger, and Meijer are nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Quiet, well kept and pleasant. Yet right next to anything you will need.

For our yearly trip to Indianapolis, my friends and I rented this little Cozy Cottage for a week. On the south side of Indianapolis, this place is in a very nice community, with a little of everything just down the street. The property is very well kept and, as it's name states, very cozy. Julie did a great job prepping for our stay, including changing out a couple of beds to make the sleeping arrangements fit for our group. If we have the opportunity, we will be staying here again. Thanks Julie for a great place and incredible hospitality.
