Questa casa coloniale olandese ristrutturata di recente da 4BR, 3. 5BA offre anche un ulteriore bagno privato 1BR (con il proprio angolo cottura e un bagno di servizio aggiuntivo) nella sua nuovissima piscina / pensione 2017!

La casa ha tutti i comfort moderni tra cui centrale A / C, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, cucina abitabile con grande panca che può ospitare 8, sala da pranzo separata, salone con TV a schermo piatto e bella sala solarium. Il 2 ° piano dispone di 3 camere da letto, tra cui una junior suite matrimoniale, 2 bagni (uno con vasca piena / doccia combo, uno con box doccia in vetro). Il 3 ° piano presenta la suite matrimoniale con ampia area salotto e un ufficio con divano estraibile.

La piscina / guest house è una camera da letto con bagno privato con zona ricreativa, angolo cottura e un ulteriore bagno di servizio. C'è una sala da pranzo all'aperto e un ampio salotto sull'ampia terrazza di granito che circonda la piscina. Una pergola offre una zona ombreggiata a baldacchino in cui riunirsi con la famiglia e gli amici.

La nuova piscina interrata riscaldata nel 2017 è recintata privatamente con chiavistelli di sicurezza ed è dotata di una copertura automatica per piscina. La dimensione è 20ft X 35ft e ha una estremità profonda 6ft con estremità bassa 3ft.

I motivi sono professionalmente paesaggistico con varie ortensie e un giardino fiorito. Il cortile dispone anche di un altalena per bambini.

Solo 6 / 10ths di un miglio dalla spiaggia, la casa è convenientemente situato passi a Main Street e Surf Drive Beach, la proprietà è ideale per famiglie e feste di matrimonio!

Perfect Week in Falmouth

This is the perfect place for enjoying Falmouth and the Cape. The property is spacious, well maintained, and immaculate. It has everything you need. We enjoyed cooking and grilling as well as the short walk to Main St restaurants. The pool is such a bonus. Owner and manager are great. We highly recommend a stay here!

This was our third year staying in Falmouth! We love the property and the landscaping is beautiful! There is plenty of room for our family. Any issues that arise are taken care of quickly.

Love this house and pool‼️

Our family of 10 had a wonderful vacation here. We love the house, the pool, the neighborhood and the short walk into Falmouth‼️ The automatic pool cover was useful when ‘we’ decided the kids needed a break from swimming! This is our fourth year renting this location‼️ I think we like it there‼️

This property suits our needs perfectly! We love the house, the pool house and the pool. The automatic pool cover gives us a sense of safety with the grandchildren! The grandchildren love walking to town! 🙌😃

Fabulous find!

Such a great house! Convenient to everything! The pool was a game changer for the kids! This was the first time we stayed in Falmouth. We usually stay mid cape. Glad we took a chance on a new place! We’re hoping it’s available next for our family vacation!

Fantastic Stay

Everything was amazing with this house. We were a family of 10 with 6 kids under 8 and we all loved it. The pool and pool house was a fantastic facility- everything you could possibly need both in the kitchen and for entertainment was provided. The house was spotless when we arrived too. Location couldn’t be beat. 10/10!

Great location!

Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown area of shops and restaurants, Falmouth Farmers Market, waterside restaurants, and Martha’s Vineyard ferry. Walk to beach or drive down to drop off bulky items if you have a bigger group/kids. Well-stocked, updated kitchen. Easy check in and check out process. The pool area is amazing and very unique for a Cape home - we spent most of our stay in the heated oversized pool with outdoor seating and dining areas. Special find among Cape rentals.

It’s all about the POOL !

Wonderful family vacay in a beautifully landscaped and super QUIET setting, still close to everything. The pool house provided great overflow space for a peaceful nap or a good book on a rainy afternoon. But the pool is the star of the show! Our little grandchildren spent hours happily at play in and around the pool. We had to remind them that there was a playhouse with a slide and swing on the property.

Absolute gem in Falmouth

Perfect family reunion spot. The pool setup is even better than in the photos. There is a small (covered) gazebo for comfy lounging during the day. And then there is a large outdoor table for family meals in the evening (that is nicely shaded by the home). The friendly property manager was easy to reach by cell when we had any questions. The grounds are impeccably landscaped.It would have been lovely if there were some beach chairs (and a beach umbrella) to borrow. Also, you hear the footsteps of folks in the 3rd floor master bedroom in the 2nd floor bedrooms. I might have preferred hybrid or foam mattresses to the older coil mattresses in some bedrooms. Bring blackout curtains if you need them, as the lovely decorative curtains don't block the morning sunshine. Overall it was a magical vacation. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again!

Another Fabulous Stay in Falmouth!

This is our second year in Falmouth. The house is lovely, the property is amazing, and the location is perfect for walking to the beach, riding the bike path, and walking to restaurants. It is clean, and well stocked with all of the necessities. Outdoor living is at its best in the property. Thank you for a wonderful week! It is never long enough!

Great stay for my parents 50th

The house was perfect! Got a ton of use out of pool and pergola. Great location to walk to Main Street and beach. The mattress in jr suite sunk in middle so may need replaced but otherwise great rental and would return here

The home was clean and a perfect size for our group as everyone had their own space. The pool area was incredible and it was happily utilized everyday. Cape Cod is a favorite vacation spot of mine, and now this home is my favorite on the Cape! Thank you!

Lovely vacation home!

We loved our week in Falmouth and we loved staying in this beautifully decorated home that accommodated all of our needs. The outside is spacious, beautifully landscaped providing privacy as we made good use of the heated pool. The young ones enjoyed the swing set and slide. It is centrally located and it was an easy walk to town and the Falmouth ferry. We highly recommend this property to others!

Loved it!!

My family and I truly enjoyed the week we spent in Falmouth at this exquisite property. The home is centrally located within walking distance to downtown, the marina, and the beach. But really you never need to leave the beautiful grounds. The huge in-ground, heated, saltwater pool is simply a dream. Covered pergola, comfy outdoor seating, lush gardens for privacy, sonos music system...what more could you ask for? The kitchen is beautiful and as well stocked as they come. The pool house is amazing. We did have an issue with tiny ants in the kitchen and the pool need to be closed for longer than expected for algae treatment, but hey, these things can happen in all houses and ultimately we were very happy with how the issues were handled promptly and professionally by the property manager and owner. We look forward to returning next year!

Amazing vacation house!

This house is amazing! The property is beautiful with detailed landscaping and an immaculate pool. It was the perfect retreat for a group of adults and kids. It is walkable to town, the harbor and an easy bike ride to the beach.

Amazing week in Falmouth!

We had the most wonderful stay at this most wonderful home. Lynne was a pleasure to work with- always replied quickly to any questions I had. The property is AMAZING. It’s essentially a double lot with an incredible pool and lots of grass area (and a bonus swing set) for the kids. Perfect location- town and beach are close by. This place is a real gem!
