Timberline Condo 35 è una unità spaziosa, confortevole, pet-friendly sul lago di Dillon. Arredato in modo semplice 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni condominio 10 posti letto! Unità al piano superiore con vista sulle montagne e sul lago. Accanto al nuovo Dillon Amphitheatre da $ 8 milioni per spettacoli da giugno a settembre. Il mercato estivo degli agricoltori è ogni venerdì di fronte al condominio. Dall'altra parte della strada è Marina Park con sentieri lastricati che sono aperti in inverno e l'accesso diretto al lago. Soffitti a volta, schermo piatto e camino a legna nel soggiorno. WiFi gratuito e via cavo. Vasca incassata nel bagno. Posti a sedere in sala da pranzo 6, sedili bar cucina 3, sedili tavolo patio 4. Grande terrazza privata con soffitto a volta. Master suite dispone di due letti queen size, bagno privato, TV. Camera degli ospiti ha letto king size e QSS. Il soggiorno ha QSS. Bagno principale ha doppi lavandini, vasca incassata e doccia. Passeggiata a Dillon Marina per barca, barca a vela, kayak, noleggio SUP e bar Tiki sul lago. Ascolta i concerti ai nuovi $ 8 milioni, Dillon Amphitheatre dal mazzo o attraversa la strada per unirti alla festa. Centrale a tutti i servizi: supermercato, REI, Starbucks, noleggio di snowsport, negozi. Passeggiata a ristoranti, birrerie, vita notturna, bowling, parchi. Ski Weekend

This condo was perfect for a ski weekend! The fireplace was perfect to relax next to after a day of skiing. It was also a short walk to the Keystone bus stop which was perfect!

Best views from a spacious deck

All the reviews are pretty accurate - the place is a bit dated and unusual but the view are fantastic and everything is very comfortable.

The view is amazing. The locations is great and the property management company was responsive. The condo itself is a little weird, outdated and could use some TLC but it’s fine.

Great location

Amazing location with the best view of lake Dillon! The space is large for a big group, and nice to prepare meals. The space is a bit funky but the main attraction was proximity and the outdoor deck. It was easy check in process and check out.

Great location. Nice view.

This condo has plenty of room, and a beautiful view of Lake Dillon and the mountains. Our dog liked it too! Our only complaints are that there is no jacuzzi and that the beds and pillows very cushy.

Great location - amazing view!!

We really enjoyed our stay with 4 adults and 4 young kids. The view of the lake is spectacular from the living area and deck. House equipped with so much. We definitely want to come back summer or winter. Thank you!

Good location

Location was good and check in process was easy for arriving late at night. Cleanliness was marginal, empty fast food drink cups, discarded dirty paper towels and other random garbage under the bed and other furniture was problematic with two service dogs in the unit.

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit it outdated (as shown in the pictures) but clean and cozy. Huge patio with a front row view of Lake Dillon. Plenty of wood for the fireplace. Our kids loved the piano and cable worked fine for Christmas movies. A few suggestions- a new toaster that works and some new pots/pans. Other than those small items, we loved it and we will be back.

It’s not easy to find a rental like this that is also pet friendly but I just happen to check at the right time. Nice unit and has everything you need. Loved the large balcony overlooking the lake. We had a few maintenance issues but nothing major.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was wonderful and the place was clean, large and had fun character. Our only complaint was that the oven was broken which changed our cooking plans. Originally, it said stove and oven were out of commission but turns out it was just the oven. A 10% refund was provided which was nice but a heads up would have been good as we planned to cook most of the stay.

The views off the balcony are beautiful overlooking the Dillon Reservoir with mountains in the distance. I'd say that's easily the best thing about this condo. We didn't recognize the interior from the photo online as it shows light and airy rooms. They aren't that way at all. The interior is very dark, the carpeting is old and tired, the furniture dated. It's in need of an overall update. it was clean and the kitchen setup was adequate.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental was perfect - close to the local ski resorts, making it easy to get to and from the mountain! Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping locations nearby, too. The view of the mountains over Dillon Lake was BEAUTIFUL!! The rental had two bathrooms, one of which had a unique showering experience and the other with an open plan with the vanity/sink located in the bedroom, creating some challenges getting ready if there were others sleeping in the room at the time. Kitchen was equipped with all utensils and items needed. The only recommendation I would have to improve future experiences for other guests are 1) have ziplock baggies available for packing lunches/snacks - this was one item that we didn’t account for and it would’ve been a blessing to have them on hand! 2) black out curtains in the bedrooms - adjusting to a time zone and traveling with young children poses challenges getting to sleep and there was significant light from the outdoor lights that shined through the blinds and 3) adding a small humidifier to each bedroom! The air was very dry which left us with bloody noses and sore throats! Overall, our stay was great!!
