Tramonto Breeze Brevort Lago

Sunset Breeze è situata direttamente sulla sponda orientale del bellissimo Lago di Brevort, nella penisola superiore orientale del Michigan. I tramonti serali sono spettacolari e non ne avrai mai abbastanza.
Questo cottage dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, una veranda, cucina completa, lavanderia ed è passi per una grande piscina sabbiosa, perfetta per i bambini. C'è una bella area falò nella parte anteriore vicino al lago, TV satellitare e connessione internet wi-fi. Godetevi il portico sul lago chiuso per leggere un libro, fare colazione o semplicemente ammirare il lago e le viste incredibili. Nota: 3a camera da letto è piccola camera tipo den con letto intero, solo lucernario.
Nota: l'ospite estivo deve fornire gli asciugamani.
Vicino al lago Michigan Sand Dunes e molte attrazioni nel giro di un'ora. Questo lago per tutti gli sport ha una superficie di 4400 acri e offre numerosi sentieri e altri sistemi di sentieri disponibili. Foresta federale è di ca. 85% di proprietà.
Spettacoli automobilistici, festival jazz e molte comunità locali offrono divertimento durante tutto l'anno, tutto a breve distanza ..... O non lasciare mai il lago ...
Great Snowmobile Trails-lasciare dalla porta (se disponibile) l'accesso al sentiero principale all'M-123 o l'accesso dal lago ghiacciato a molti punti di ingresso al sentiero.
ORV Trail System proprio sulla strada. Sand Dunes Sci di fondo e sentieri escursionistici a soli 5 min.
North Country Trails 5 min.
Hiawatha National Forest

Great place to stay. The third bedroom is really small, but we didn't need it. Beautiful sunsets from the deck, nice new looking dock. Kitchen had everything you could want for cooking, having a couple of pint beer glasses would be a nice addition. The bed and pillows we used were very comfortable. The four seasons room overlooking the lake was the perfect place to have breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sunset Breeze!

Beautiful sunsets! Great boat dock and steps to a 2 ft deep clear water sand bottom lake ideal for younger kids to play in. The owners have this place stocked well better than anywhere else we have ever stayed. Towels and kitchen supplies, floats and outdoor chairs. Quiet location, close to town and a convenience store just a few miles away. Caught 2 walleye first morning out.

Excellent Stay

Enjoyed the peacefulness of the propoerty and the lake was great. The sunsets are spectacular across the lake and we enjoyed watching the ducklings. The was a choice location to explore the UP and even make the trip to Canada.

Outdated, overpriced, and was promised a 200 refund that has not been received from 6 weeks ago for no water at the house. We agreed to stay one night without it, but was informed the next day that water wasn’t going to be restored promptly. We had to pack up and move to a different rental several miles away. The new rental was nicer, but was a hassle to move.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the unexpected water issue disrupted your stay and understand that having to move was not ideal. The water pipe issue was unexpected and outside of our control, but the owner acted quickly and immediately took steps to have it addressed. Once it became apparent that the water would not be restored during your stay, we also worked to find you another property as quickly as possible. This was during peak season, when availability was very limited, but we were able to find a comparable 3-bedroom home that accommodated your group and also offered a water view. Our goal was to make sure you could still enjoy the remainder of your trip rather than have your plans completely disrupted. We’d also like to clarify that the **$200 refund was processed back to the original card. The refund was issued from our end at that time, so if it has not appeared on your statement, we recommend checking with your card provider, who should be able to trace the transaction. We certainly understand that the situation was frustrating, but we’re glad we were able to respond quickly, find an alternative home during a very busy time of year, and process the refund as promised. We appreciate your feedback and hope this provides some additional context regarding what took place during your stay.

The fan in the kitchen was extremely dirty and dusty had to clean before we even tried to cook. The toilet in the bedroom and shower had to be cleaned and plunged to get it to work. I would say they need to make sure the house is in clean state when renting. The location was great.ThanksKim

Nice Stay on the lake

Overall it was a nice stay, started off on a bit of a sour note, place had not been cleaned, dirty towels and laundry were stacked up waiting to be done. Not what we wanted to deal with after a 7 hour drive. Cottage has a good location with great lake views and sunsets, offers plenty of room and is well stocked (not always the case with VRBO's). Easy to find and close enough to some of the other gems of the Eastern UP. Caution to anyone bringing a boat, water depth was about 10 inches at the end of the pier, bigger boats would struggle.

Beautiful house. No problems except a few blown bu

Stayed in Aug 2015 w/my son and 2 boys, my daughter and son and daughter ages 7-12 plus my husband and myself. Beautiful house. No problems but a few blown lightbulbs. Internet is real slow, could hardly check email; but caught every kind of fish from perch, bluegill, walleye, pike, and even some crawdads. Had a great fish fry and even took fish home. Have been staying at Brevort lake since 1986 and it is still the best, clearest lake I love. Hope to make it again this year; but due to health issues may not be able to get there. Connie Armstrong

Connie, So glad you enjoyed your stay at Sunset Breeze.....and agree on the fish, we always catch a nice variety out there......We also love Brevort Lake...We're not sure why the satellite was so slow for internet but we will probably just need to install a updated wi-fi router so thanks for that input, (and the lightbulbs, that is my pet peeve also and we have it on the maid check list in bold:)..Hope your health is better and Sunset Breeze will get you again in the future. SXS trail riding 2023

This property worked very well for our stay. The Host communicated with every question prior to our stay, and I received updates timely ahead of arrival. We enjoyed our stay, we were close to the UTV trails for riding, and took advantage of the beautiful Brevort Lake. We had only a small issue, and that was the availability of the propane grill. There was none to be found. There was one on the property next door between their shed and this property's shed, but we didn't know who it belonged to. When the next door tenants arrived, they used that grill, so we assume it was theirs and the one in which was shown to be available for this property, wasn't anywhere to be found. Slight inconvenience, but nothing that put a damper on our stay at all. This is a great place, beautiful sunsets.

A Most Wonderful Get Away

The property is exactly as presented. The two primary bedrooms are shared. The third windowless bedroom is small. The sunroom is fantastic. Great place for a morning cup of coffee or enjoying the sunset with a bottle of wine. The primary eating area is the sunroom. We would like to be invited back!

The location and setting lived up to the description, beautiful lake and convenient location. Cabin needs to be updated, drinking water tap on the sink didn't work.

Beautiful view of the lake, lots of room in cabin, needs updating

When we first entered the property, the mildew smell was overwhelming. We opened up all the windows which helped air out the place. The refrigerator was new and worked well. The stove was very old and did not work properly. When we called about the kitchen sink not draining, the owners were very prompt and came and fixed it. The screen door and the bathroom door to the master bedroom would not close properly. The master bathroom had carpet, which was damp all week. There was plenty of room in the cabin for 6. They had three living areas, including a back porch overlooking the lake. The boat is very old and the oars to the boat are two different sizes and do not work very well. The third bedroom was stuffy, did not have a window, and was a pretty tight fit for the full size bed in there (it must have been a closet at some point). To get into the master bedroom, you either had to go outside and through the screen door, or walk through the second bedroom. The washer and dryer worked well. The utensils need replacing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the place just needs a lot of updating and upkeep.

Beautiful lake front home fantastic porch time

Has an awesome kitchen and place for the family to gather together. Sleeping arrangements are a little strange but you get to know your neighbor. Save your money and bring some grocery’s, the closest grocery is expensive (Sunoco grocery). Awesome location. About an hour from Canada and water falls and 1.5 hours from pictured rocks. We will definitely be back

Not what it appeared via on line.

When we got to the property, there was one 'bedroom' that had only a bed and dresser with a skylight-however, it was small, stuffy and had no window; anyone claustrophobic would have a real problem staying in it for a week! Also, the people staying in the 'master bedroom' had to go through the other bedroom door every time they wanted to get in to the main area of the house! Or, could go out via the patio door and then enter through the back door (ie. pitch dark at night, so really not an option)...guess if you are very close to the people you are staying here with, that's fine...but not mentioned or shown via the website and could impact someone's trip. Finally, boat view on their property ad doesn't mention the $200 FEE to use a motor for the old boat! Next rental for my family; we'll ask more questions before trusting the information on line.

Spacious and charming

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming property. It is spacious and comfortable with lots of seating both inside and outside, with relaxing views of the lake. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and dishes. The location is quiet and relaxing but still within easy reach of St Ignace and nearby attractions. A great place to stay.
