Ambivalence
Property was as described except that hot tub wasn"t heated, (broken heater), and for the first several days tv reception and WIFI was poor. At first owners were responsive to these issues and some other minor ones, but became unreachable when concerns weren't resolved. On positive side, very quiet neighborhood, kitchen well equipped, great courtyard.

Nice Condo and Handy Location
This is a very nice property in a convenient area to hiking, golf, shopping etc. It is very well maintained. The owners/hosts were excellent and except for a couple of items not in the owners control, would have been an overall five. The 3 for accuracy of listing relates to our searching only properties that had both a pool and spa. This unit has both but the spa was not operating and the pool is either not heated or not working - freezing!! The 4 for cleanliness is not at all an indication of how well this unit is maintained but it appeared the yard folks had blown quite a bit of yard waste through the gate or under the patio wall onto the patio with some in the entryway. Not a big deal and we would definitely rent this again.

Perfection!
The place was exactly how it was described. The owners allowed us to contact them if we needed anything at all (which we didn’t need anything, it was perfect). The entire property is very quiet and the pool was 15 feet from the front door. Every kind of store you need for food is right down the street as well. It will be our “go-to” spot anytime we are back in that area for sure. We are so grateful that we found this condo. A++++++
