The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The dishes, glasses, cookware etc. are well-stocked. The condo is located close to the pool and hot tub offering convenient access. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo.

Great location. Very clean and easy access to the beach. It was unusually warm and humid while we were there. The dehumidifier in the unit was very useful. As advertised, there was no A/C. There were no ceiling fans but plenty of free-standing fans. Our only complaint would be that the free-standing fans were very loud, and it was necessary to have them on anytime we were in the unit. Kim was great. She was very helpful and responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and each time has been a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful inside and out. Kim is prompt to respond in the event that any questions arise. Highly recommend!

After we had paid for the week, then we were told that there was scaffolding on the building to repair the roof. However we were not told that the actual scaffolding would be on the outdoor patio, rendering it unusable. I had been looking for a long time for something suitable for us and so I naively thought that it wouldn't be too bad, especially since we would be gone every day. It made it impossible to open doors or windows for any fresh air. When I told the property manager about our experience, she said that at any time we could have asked for our money back and left....we didn't know that as it clearly stated the money was non-refundable and we were there because my husband has an extremely serious medical condition and I came down with pneumonia that week and was under doctor's care so packing us up and trying to find other accommodations was just not doable for us. I agree that she told us about the scaffolding but not to the degree that it impacted that unit. All I'm suggesting is that they fully describe what to expect if renting that unit while this work is going on.

Amazing property

The complex and the individual unit were amazing. Right next to the pool and really appreciated the private patio space. Cannot wait to come back!

Amazing Beach Side Stay

Can't say enough good things about the property. Great location right by the beach, close to the pool and jacuzzi in the facility. Some much to do in the area, you'll never be border. Recommending this stay to everyone I know!

A Great Place w/ Convenient Location

Bottom line - Loved the condo and the location was in the center of all the So Cal fun. Right near the ocean - Close to cool towns and great eating - easy access to San Diego - the place was a great find.

Great condo in a beautiful location.

Enjoyed our week in this great condo. Kim is a great host and was very responsive. Easy access to the beach. Close to shopping. Spent a good amount of time enjoying the pool and jacuzzi. Made for a great getaway!

Wonderful place - even nicer than the pictures!

We had a great time during our almost three week stay in Del Mar. The property was great - clean and functional! We were close to the steps down to the beach (though that is trek!) and the beach is amazingly clean and quiet. We would absolutely stay at this property again - thank you again for hosting us!

Great location and comfortable

Kim’s condo was very comfortable and in a wonderful location. We truly enjoyed the quick beach access and super close proximity to the pool. The beach was fantastic and never crowded. Great family times. The condo had great internet access which allowed me to work virtually for part of our stay. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation :-).

Del Mar-Solana Beach Condo

Nice size condo, well stocked. We enjoyed how close it was to Del Mar Race track since this was the main reason we were visiting. FYI, there are a lot of steps to get to the beach but the beach was very uncrowded and nice.

Perfect for couples or small family

Beautiful unit and complex. Location was convenient to restaurants, shops and the 5 fwy to get anywhere.The unit itself was very clean and offered many amenities. Only missing shampoo and soap for shower and a hair dryer. Would definitely look at renting again for future visits.

We have stayed 3 times in this general area of Solana Beach and this location has the best and easiest access to the beach and a great viewing area for the beautiful sunsets. Kim the host was very quick to respond to any questions. The place was exactly as described in the listing. The bedrooms are a fair size, the master bath is a bit cramped but fine, linens, towels, soaps are all provided, the kitchen has lots of plates, dishes, cups and appliances. We did notice whoever does the cleaning between renters needs to do a better job, there was some dust and lots of human hair all around the bathroom sink and tubs which were easily washed away. I also borrowed some cooking utensils to use for our stay from our daughter since the ones there were a bit old and the plastic spatula was melted. Again, this is not a big deal for us. Parking for our car was just around the corner from the front door, we were able to see the car from the dining room. Being right next to the pool was a little noisy but that was no big deal. The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the pool on one of the main streets in the complex. There was a bit of car/truck noise in the morning from the garbage truck making its rounds and the construction vehicles that would pull in to do the work on the buildings roofs. There was a lot of construction going on and scaffolding all around some of the buildings and it would have been nice to have known about it. Overall, a great place to stay and we would do so again.

The place did not seem like it was clean between tenants. All the glass tables were dirty, top and under. Windows look like they haven't been cleaned in years. They really need invest a tiny bit of money into fixing this place up. Rugs in the bathrooms were tattered and heavily stained. The master bed is falling apart and leveled with books. Need to clean under the bed and other furniture. Cupboards were unusable. We cleaned the counters and stored our pantry items on the counter. Anything we used that was in a cupboard we washed first and then stored on the counter.
