In the offseason an earlier check in time is often doable but in the summer our housekeeper who is meticulous on some days has both this unit and a four bedroom unit to clean on the same day. We opted for excellent cleaning over mere straightening up and changing the sheets. We thank you for your review and spending the time to write one. The home was very clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are updated, and the upstairs shower has amazing water pressure! The location is very convenient to the beach access, tennis and pickleball courts. Bill and Margaret responded quickly to all communication. We had a great stay and would gladly book here again!

The hosts were extremely welcoming. Very helpful and easy to contact. The villa was more than we expected. A wonderful view of the lake. It was tastefully decorated and had everything a cook could would want! Very comfortable and inviting!!

Great location for getting to the beach easily. Walk up beach access 5 minutes from facility or a short 5 minute ride to the Clubhouse and access with restrooms. Lake view was excellent in the evenings or mirni gs with coffee. Will stay again next year if available most likely.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The best thing about this condo was the location. We could walk to the beach. It also has a very nice deck overlooking the lake. Very comfortable and the owners easy to work with.

Awesome!!

We had such a good stay here. We loved the condo- it was clean and had everything we needed. The bikes to explore and beach chairs were awesome to have too!! We definitely will be planning to come back here soon!
