Con viste incomparabili sul golfo, una piscina sulla spiaggia e una passerella privata sulla spiaggia, non c'è da meravigliarsi se gli ospiti considerano questo posto speciale sulla spiaggia la loro seconda casa. Nidificato sulla spiaggia di Dune Allen, Dune 1 ha 14 case a schiera sul golfo. Le caratteristiche del primo piano includono la cucina, il soggiorno, la zona pranzo e il portico schermato. Our first stay in Santa Rosa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the townhome at Dune Allen beach. The location is incredible... you can see the beach and ocean from the living room and master. The unit was ready early, was in very good condition, and incredibly clean upon our arrival. You can walk across the street to great seafood and we loved the convenience of being right on a private beach with our own chairs. We look forward to staying here again.

So beautiful

Great time close to the blue water. Close to the public access beach so saw lots of shenanigans but not right where we were. Place needed a few small fixes but felt nice and clean. Would stay again!

Great Location, Dirty/Smelly Property

This property is in a great location and the proximity to the beach is great. However, it’s in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The place wreaks of dog and the furniture has been chewed up by a dog. It’s supposed to be a pet free rental! There’s mold in the master shower, some of the light fixtures are broken and bulbs need to be replaced. The couch in the living room has sunken in cushions, also smells like a dog and needs to be replaced.

Great proximity to the beach.

Briefly: - Leak in the first floor ceiling. - only one dish towel - broken screen on porch - no sheet on master bed nor one available to put on. Only fitted sheet and thin comforter. - a few lights were out - air worked well with regard to temperature, but still high humidity between 65% at night to 77% during the day - laundry inside the downstairs bathroom ( not s big deal) - master bedroom sliding door to balcony doesn’t latch to close completely - first floor sliding door too hard to close and open - 3 remotes for the television - keypad lock with 7 digits and a star a real pain - garbage has to be put out in the dumpster 50 yards away from condo - needs an available wet mop for sand removal during stay - master bathroom small and dated with ceiling fan above the sinks(odd) - jacuzzi tub IN the master bedroom (strange)

Thank you for your review. We always appreciate feedback from our guests. We’re sorry that your stay with us was anything less than perfect. However, several of the issues mentioned below could have been addressed during your stay had you contacted us. Also, some are simply permanent attributes of the property, and can’t be changed or modified. First of all, there was a leak in this unit over the summer, and it is scheduled to be repaired this week, but as this is one of our most popular properties we had to wait until our busy season ended to make the repair. This prior leak didn’t impact your stay with us as far as I know. If it did, please let me know. Over time, sliding glass doors can become difficult to operate on gulf front properties as the salt air is corrosive. Our maintenance technician will investigate these as well as the screen. Thank you for letting us know. We only provide 1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth per guest stay, and have never received a complaint, but I will pass your concern on to our General Manager. We make all of our beds with both a fitted and a flat sheet. I’m sorry the flat sheet was not in place on the master bed, and I can assure you this was an oversight. We would have brought one over immediately had we been notified. We would have also replaced any light bulbs that were out and brought you a “wet mop” had we been notified. Things we can’t control: -The humidity in Florida -The location of the laundry room -3 remotes for operation of a TV -KABA lock codes (keyless entry) require a 7-digit code with an asterisk -The location of the property’s dumpster -The size of the master bath -The location of the jacuzzi tub (although not commonly found in a master bedroom, it has been done before) In closing, although this is one of our most popular properties, it may not have been the perfect property for you and your family. Hopefully, when booking your next vacation this experience will help you to select a property that better meets your expectations and needs.

Can’t wait to come back

Will be renting this unit again! The outside building is older, but our unit was nicely updated. The pool is in need of updating. The porch is just a few steps from the sand. The condo is beside a public beach access, however the beach in front of the condos is private. Can’t wait to go back.

Wanted to love it but....

The views here were amazing and the convenience to the beach! That alone is worth 5 stars but there were several annoyances at this unit. Overall, the unit needs a deep cleaning. The downstairs area had a very strong musky smell. I killed a roach in a drawer upstairs on the first evening which left me a little uneasy. Trying to cook on Thanksgiving Day and couldn’t find a mixer or can opener in the unit. The biggest annoyance was that there was an electrical issue. I dont know what the problem was but the lights continuously blinked and there were issues with trying to run different things at the same time. For instance, when you turned the dryer on, the TV would turn off. Would consider only staying here again with updates and maintenance. Will look at other units here.

Perfect location!

Perfect location, great amenities. Bummer weather in the first day with 2 red flags so. No swimming in the ocean, but we had a pool, so it worked out great . Great dinners at Elmo's and Red Bar. It was a short trip with 2 moms and 4 kids, but it was absolutely wonderful and we'll be back again!

This place is right on the water! The location is superb!

True to it's name. We did have "morning coffee watching the waves crash" every morning from the condo's back porch, which is literally right on the beach. Had a great week! This place is right on the water with the best views from both the living room and screened in porch, as well as the master bedroom deck. Great to have a pool as well. Very clean. Enjoyed having the extra ice machine and washer/dryer in the condo. Great access to eating out and all the fun places along 30A. Mary with reservations was so helpful and responsive in our planning. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. Clean and well kept. Beaches were beautiful and just steps from the condos porch. Great for our young kids as we could easily get to and from the condo and beach. Thanks to the management company as we had no issues during our stay.
