Everything was great! Must say there is a lot of stairs lol, so if you have people that have a hard time doing stairs this is not going to be a good choice. But other than that the house was amazing and clean.

Such a sweet and relaxing vacation for our family. We were a little worried about the heat but it was actually very nice. Many great restaurants. The golf cart is worth the extra cost for the wonderful afternoon cruises looking for the beautiful sunsets and a quick to the grocery a block away. Our dogs are part of our family and the house provided ample room for the two of them to interact.....lol. Very close walk to the beach. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would rent this one again for sure.

Beautiful property in the perfect location! We enjoyed getting to play games in the living space and not feeling cramped at all. The beds were super comfortable, everything was clean. Would definitely book again!

The proximity to the beach was so great, nothing else mattered. The beds were comfortable. We didn't need to use the pool level room. We loved the pool and used it daily and sometimes twice a day. We had two young children under 5 who loved the bunk beds, two seniors who didn't mind the stairs and loved the pool and two middle aged people who valued the quiet. It pleased everyone so much we believe we'd like to rent again next year.

Hogan's Retreat Rocks

The place is well kept and located in a great spot near the beach. The recently added pool is a huge upgrade and really helped us enjoy our stay in the particularly hot Tybee weather. Would highly recommend!

Location can't be beat. Very responsive for more towels, etc. Very comfy beds, plenty of room for all 12 of us. That being said...several things such as the upstairs dishwasher, stove and hood were not working properly. The bunkroom TV & VCR on main floor were not working. No instruction with tv's. Unable to use pool because heater was not working properly. Weather kept us in 1 day so these things would have been helpful. A really good updating would have to occur for us to book again.

The perfect beach house

My family loved this beach house. We would love to stay there again, but it looks like it is booked the whole summer. It was a great experience.

Convenient

Property is easy to get to, convenient to beach, convenient to grocery, convenient to restaurants. It could use a little paint but overall very nice, condo had a great layout for my family of 12, pool is good, kids loved it.

Great Place to Stay on Tybee

Loved the location of the property; close to the beach and not far from 16th street/the pier and pavilion. Easy to get in touch with property owner and he was very nice. House was big, clean, and well stocked with towels, linens, and kitchen essentials. This is my second time staying here, so would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

The house was perfect for families with children. The pool was a great addition to the off season visit. It was heated well and we were able to enjoy even with temperatures in the 50’s! The location is very close to the beach and a very short walk to the store. We look forward to coming again in the future.

Great Family Location for Christmas

The rooms are spacious and had plenty of room for cooking Christmas dinner. It was nice to be able to spread out and have space. The basement room was a little chili and is separate from the rest of the house but it gave my parents privacy.
