Just as promised

Stayed while in town for a conference....beautifully decorated Spacious Only criticism would be that the amenities cost extra (i.e. water park, golf, etc) Thoroughly enjoyed the condo

Property was nice but check-in was a hassle

I feel mislead in that when I was searching for a place to stay on VRBO I only searched places that could hold a family of 4 with 2 of those being small children. I only looked at 2 BR's and thought that's what we booked. When I went to check in at Westgate Town Center, not only did we wait in more than 1 line for over a half hour, we were told we only had booked a 1 BR studio which definitely wouldn't fit our family. I had to get a WG manager (Luiz) to get us into a 2 BR which he graciously did. When looking at all the VRBO paperwork I had printed out, there was no Point of contact to call for problems and no where on the paperwork was listed what we actually rented. So frustrating. It was our first time booking with VRBO and will be our last. In addition, we were told, we were "owners" as we rented from an owner but we were not "eligible" for the owner perks. The charge for the water park was $20 per person/per day. I paid a lot of money for 6 days for it not to include any amenities. The Westgate property was nice but way too big for us, it was difficult to even find your way around the resort which was mostly rental rooms.

Nice property

The west gate property was ver nice with miniature golf, lots of swimming, a bar and grill, and a convenience store. It is well located. The units are part of the complex and we were surprised to get daily maid service. The units were spacious and comfortable, but we were given different units in building 6000 which was fine
