We had a great stay at Modern Barefoot Beach 2br condo. The place was very clean and conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, which made everything easy to access. The amenities were excellent—we especially enjoyed the heated pool (complete with floats) and even got to watch dolphins in the canal, which was a highlight of our trip.The sunroom with the Murphy bed worked perfectly for our family and gave us extra space to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, which made our stay even more comfortable.Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway with friends

This is my 4th time staying at Barefoot Beach Resort, but first time in this unit. The unit was exactly as described, very clean, the beach chairs, towels and toys were a plus. The host was very timely in our communication and we will definitely stay again. I highly recommend this unit!

Rula was excellent to work with. The condo was as exactly as described.

Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Great proximity to the pool and beach was a short walk away. Plenty of chairs, toys, volleyball etc to take to the beach. The space itself is huge. Lots of room to spread out if needed! Highly recommend!

Peaceful and relaxing

The condo was very nice, e we had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was amazing. Views of the sunrise at the intercostal area by the pool were beautiful and sunsets on the beach which was steps away were even more beautiful. We rented beach bicycles and played mini golf near by. Rula was very responsive to any of our needs and questions. We will be back for sure. Thank you for sharing your condo:)

Disappointed

Pictures were deceiving. Thought there would be an outdoor space, no place to sit unless you were at the pool which closed at dusk. Unit felt like a cheap flip. Definitely over priced for what we received as compared with the others. We stayed in over the last 20 years. Spoke with many people at the pool. All felt they overpaid for what was received, and we paid more than most. Would not recommend this unit. Also, first time we never had a laundry in the unit add red tide to this, which was not disclosed when we first came just realized it after everyone was coughing and nose and throat burning at the beach. Overall worst trip we’ve ever had to this area.

Hi Wendy, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay, I reached out to you numerous times during your visit and you never indicated any dissatisfaction. As you can see from all of our 5 star reviews we take pride in our vacation home and providing a positive experience and accurate description of what to expect. We do not advertise a patio or outdoor sitting area and I include pictures of the exterior so you know what to expect. If you were hoping to sit outside in the evening, there are sitting areas and picnic benches throughout the grounds of the resort, not only in the pool area. The pool does in fact close at dusk, as required by Florida code. Unfortunately, I don't think you read through the description of the unit as it states the washers and dryers are "on-site, coin operated" not in the unit. I can appreciate your disappointment with the red tide, however, there is no way for a host to forecast weather events which are out of our control. You arrived on February 25th, the first issued report by the City of Indian Shores concerning red tide was made March 7th, just days before your departure. I wish you had communicated with me directly, as we love our place in Indian Shores and want every guest to love it too! Best of luck with your future accommodations.

Check in and out was a breeze. Great quiet location. Stayed for a long weekend. The property was clean and we all have a great time. Would definitely return! Also owner quick to respond to any questions, great communication!

Perfect location! Family friendly!

The owners were extremely helpful. The place is nicer than the pictures. You have everything you need to go to the beach. The pool is nice too! Kitchen is equipped with everything needed to eat in. Or very close to restaurants to go eat. We will book again!

Absolutely Perfect Getaway

This has been one of the best weekend getaways I’ve had. I stayed with a group of girlfriends to celebrate my bday and all I can say is - it was perfect! From the cleanliness, to the amazing host (Rula is terrific!!) to the proximity to the beach, it was absolutely amazing!! Definitely staying again and recommending this property left and right :)

Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation at this property. The location is close to many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. This property was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and very nice. We would highly suggest this place.

Very clean unit!

Got there and was able to go into relax mode immediately! Very nice décor and was very clean when I arrived. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy spot right next to the beach!
