100 passi dalla spiaggia! Splendida vista sul Golfo ... Tanto spazio per 6, con 1 letto king size e 2 letti a castello nella seconda camera da letto. C'è una TV e DVD nel soggiorno e TV in ogni camera. Altre caratteristiche includono elettrodomestici LG in acciaio inossidabile, mobile bar con fabbricatore di ghiaccio e finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nella zona giorno. I servizi della randa includono 700 piedi di spiaggia (100 scalini di sabbia!), piscina principale (piscina principale 60 gradini) e 1 piscina riscaldata, splash pad, campi da tennis, palestra, shuffleboard, area barbecue, parcheggio coperto e ingresso recintato 24 ore su 24 con pattuglia di cortesia. Vicino a ristoranti, negozi e golf. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per cucinare più di quello che vuoi, mentre sei in vacanza. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 6 persone con posti a sedere aggiuntivi al bancone.

Perfect Location

We have stayed in several Mainsail units/ cottages over the years and this was the most convenient of them all. The owners replied to any communication immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

The Best Family vacation

We had a wonderful time and would love to stay at the condo again! The close proximity to the beach and pool was awesome. And the view of the beach and ocean were so pretty. It was the perfect relaxing vacation. Jay and Kristi were so easy to work with, from beginning to end and especially when we checked in and the condo wasn’t cleaned yet. Jay and Kristi ensured that the condo would be cleaned that night and it was! They went above and beyond. Thanks Jay and Kristi - hopefully we will be able to stay at your condo on our next Miramar Beach vacation.

Sliding glass door to balcony wouldn’t open.No hand soaps in bathroom and kitchen.

Hard to get in and out of property with all of the traffic and road that leads into the property.. AND twin boys who rent umbrellas and chairs were disrespectful. Took our $250 cash but wouldn’t help us find chairs and just to keep me from complaining, he said, found me a chair. Not good….

Perfect place to be.

Owner's communication was terrific, considerate, kind, reasonable, courteous, and generous. All new appliances made us feel like we were right at home. The walk out to the beach or pool from the balcony was so convenient and was the icing on the cake. We will be back.

The property was fantastic. Location was ideal for a beach vacation.

Couldn’t ask for a better property! The owner is so responsive! We knew everything about the property even before we arrived! The 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa worked perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen appliances were perfect and having a washer and dryer made our entire vacation convenient. Location of the property couldn’t be better for someone looking for a convenient location that still provides for a quiet peaceful vacation! Perfection is the best description I can offer!

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Kristi was a great host and I would highly recommend this condo. There was a slight miscommunication when booking (honestly mostly my fault) but Kristi made some changes and we didn't have to change our booking which was amazing. As for the condo itself, you can't beat the location or the view! It was clean and the appliances are brand new which was very nice. There are TVs in each of the bedrooms and the main living space which have cable. The internet was easy to access and a decent speed. The condo is situated so the balcony is East facing which is so nice in the evenings. There is a beautiful breeze and you aren't being blinded by the setting sun. We sat out on the balcony every night and really enjoyed it. Something that I think is important to know is that there are 2 community gas grills that are available to use in the pool area. I wish we would have utilized these more and if we return I certainly will! Also something I wish I would have known is that you can rent 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. It was around $30/day for the rental and they were reserved and set up for us each day in the location that we requested. I have a sweet red haired 5 month old baby girl and a red haired husband so the umbrella was crucial :) There is a young man on the beach who does all the rentals, he isn't hard to find. Overall this was a fantastic vacation and we are planning on returning. Thank you Kristi for making our first family vacation a wonderfully memorable one!

Best Vacation❤️❤️

The condo was very clean and well supplied! We had everything we needed, and you could not beat the walk out to the pool & beach!! It’s so much more convenient with kids and beach chairs & floats! We will definitely be returning to this condo! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation ❤️❤️

The photo does not do it justice. What a view!!! Convenient to everything, especially that beautiful beach. Kristi is delightful to work with. The condo is perfect for a family. easily met and exceeded every expectation!

Our family loved it!

We visited for a week and the property was great. Everything was clean, location was great, right on the beach. Kids loved being able to just walk out to the beach from the back patio, was very convenient to go back and forth from the beach to our place. Owners were great to work with and would definitely go back again!

Very comfortable and clean!

This was our first stay at the Mainsail condos. We had an awesome time in this unit. It is everything the owner advertised. Kristi was awesome to deal with. Beautiful, clean and comfortable. The view is amazing. I would recommend this unit to anyone! We will definitely be returning.

Awesome!

We had a great experience at this condo! We booked 2 days before arrival and the owner was very responsive and gave us a great deal. We have visited Destin 5 years now and this property is by far the best! It's on the first level and also has a great view of both the pool AND the beach. A nice balcony to sit and relax. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for hanging out and nice appliances and televisions. Love having a washer/dryer available. VERY close to the grocery store (Winn Dixie) and also Chick Fil A and TCBY yogurt. We walked for dinner and yogurt a couple of times. Over wonderful stay and we will be back again!

Perfect Location and Unit!

This unit is the PERFECT location and the description on VRBO is very accurate! It is a first floor unit with an ocean view in a gated complex - very hard to find these days. Just steps from the swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, arcade, barbeque grills, picnic area and BEACH; and a quick 5 minute walk to Starbucks, Chic-filet, , Taco Bell, KFC, CVS, a grocery store, liquor store and the Outlet Mall. The security guard periodically made the rounds to check things out which I appreciated. The unit was clean upon arrival and we had no issues whatsoever. Plenty of space for our 5 adults (you could probably accommodate 7-8 easily with the sleeper sofa and additional roll away twin bed in the closet). The kitchen enabled us to provide our own meals if we wanted to. The full size washer/dryer certainly came in handy when needing to wash beach towels and swim wear. The chairs left in the closet by a previous visitor were a huge help and we did not have to rent extra beach chairs. The owner provided excellent customer service, was quick to respond to my email inquiries, was very easy to work and flexible. She was an absolute delight and I would definitely recommend this unit/owner to anyone, and would rent this same unit if returning to the Destin area. Lots to do within a 15 minute drive in either direction. The Destin Harbor provides a variety of restaurants, shops and is family friendly. This building is on a quieter section of the beach which was fabulous, yet you can walk a few minutes in either direction to be in the middle of the "party" scene - a WIN-WIN for everyone depending on what type of vacation you are wanting. I did rate it 4 stars instead of 5 simply because it has not been updated (fancy does not matter to me as long as it's clean but I did want to provide an honest overview of the unit). I would have given it a 4.5 if possible but that was not an option. Can't wait to return :)

Location! Location! Location!

We spent a week at this condo and it was great. The description was accurate and you are literally steps from the beach. The condo was roomy and wonderfully equipped. We have been researching appliances and have now made decisions based on the washer and dryer in the condo- so quiet and efficient!!! lol We spoke with the owners several times and they were quick to respond and very helpful. We loved it, in spite of the cool weather, we will look to book here again!!! Thank you for a relaxing week by the beach!

Great Condo ! Great Owners !

We recently spent two months at this wonderful condo and could not have been happier. The condo is clean and well maintained with newly updated stainless kitchen appliances. The gulf front location and walkout to the beach are an excellent feature. You will not find a more co-operative owner ! The amenities are excellent and proximity to local restaurants and Silver Sands Outlet Mall make this a real winner. We highly recommend this condo

Loved it!

The condo was in excellent shape and we loved the easy access to the beach. With two young kids, it made the back and forth to beach so easy. Plus, there was covered parking in the garage, so no hot car rides. Overall, the trip was awesome. Would definitely recommend.
